So I rate all the fast food places according to their customer service not the food. 4.5 stars.
I pulled over went to drive through. The person who served me his name was Chris great customer service happy smiles no complains. Everything I ask for got it right away. He went out of his way to help me out getting my extra hot sauce on the side no complain.
Second thing I look for is the drink if I got the drink the way I wanted I wanted little ice sweetie got it perfect no problem.
Only thing that is negative here, I didn't get my onions and pickles but I didn't ask for it no problem.
I would visit this place definitely. Ask for Chris.

Friendly staff that greeted everyone with smiles as they entered the Restaurant, and the Crispy Chicken Sandwich and fries I had was pretty tasty!
Best brisket sandwich I had on San Antonio gravy for my fries and pecan pie delicious and the best sweet tea
Not only was the service prompt and attentive but bbq chicken and brisket were off the chain!!!!This was our first trip but it will not be our last..i definitely wanna give Five star to Robert
I have been disappointed in the chicken delight before. Very little chicken and just a small amt of lettuce. I decided to give this particular Bills another chance. It was the best chicken delight I have ever been served. Good amt of chicken that was done! Fresh salad and a decent amount and they actually gave me crackers!
I’ve been getting breakfast tacos and sweet tea from here for the past two years and the reason is because of the excellent service and great mood that Rocio puts me in every morning before work.
Rocio always remembers me as a regular and it starts my day off right :) not to mention great sweet tea!
Good food at a good price. The staff was friendly and the manager, Chris Nombrana, came out personally to make sure our dining experience was great. Mr. Nombrana also made sure other customers were satisfied with their meals and checked to see if anything else was needed.
I gave a three star on my last visit to this location and after doing so the management reached out to me to make my experience a better one and i must say they delivered! A big thank you Linda the regional manager and Matt one of the manager's at this location for going above and beyond to keep there customers Happy! Also a big thanks to the staff as well.
