This was a great Valentine Day experience with their premium menu. I never got pass the seafood, sushi, and sashimi. It was all good. I think I have found my new favorite Chinese Buffet.
One funny misstep. There were three oriental ladies working behind the service bar preparing food. I asked them for wasabi and discovered they probably only understood 5, 6 English words between them. So, of course, I said WA-SA-BI real loud and slow. Ahhh, they pointed me to a pot on the opposite side. It was melted butter.
WA-SA-BI, WA-SA-BI, WA-SA-BI. Ohhh, and they pointed me back to where I came from where I found a pot of Chineses mustard.
WA-SA-BI, WA-SA-BI, WA-SA-BI. I was finally handed a toothpaste looking tube of wasabi paste. It tasted good, but the tube was not full and I had to ask for more. They didn't have anymore. Are you kidding me? All that sushi, sashimi, and they don't have any wasabi? They need to correct that because it is totally unacceptable.
Enough nit picking. It is, however, a rather big nit. We really enjoyed our meal. We will go back again.
This is my favorite place to eat seafood and sushi at. Their food and service are awesome.
Lins? More like Sins, because you eat so much, you leave feeling guilty 😬 There was a good variety of sushi 🍣 which was great 🤤 everything else was average at best. Found it a tad odd about 4 servers fraternizing in the corner, watching us eat, waiting for one of us to need a refill or take one of our plates away. I understand there's not much serving involved but move around y'all 😂 y'all could be putting correct labels on the food. I went up to grab something labeled "onion rings" and it looked like prawns 🦐 😂 I don't like my onion rings staring at me 👀 thank you 😆
This might be my new favorite Asian buffet. I really liked their selection and the lo mein and fried rice were the best buffet ones I've had in San Antonio. The customer service was okay and we paid $40 for two, including drinks. We went on a Tuesday night close to closing time so the food wasn't super fresh. I'd like to go back when the food hasn't been sitting out for too long and you aren't getting the very bottom of everything. But even still I thought it was good. The dessert was the typical fruits, puddings, cookies. We'll definitely be back to try it again!
Food selection in the food islands was EXCELLENT, also the Sushi selection was good, cannot say the same for the evening steak service, took a while approximately 15 min. As for the steak portion, 3X3 inches in size.asked for 2 steaks Med. Rear got 1 well done, meh!😩. Other than that, I will be returning for more visits.👍👍
I’m GLAD I found this place! I love it. Other than the name on their billboard (Kins the actual name is Lins) This is my new favorite spot!
This was the best buffet I've been to. The food was amazing. They have an entire sushi area and then a ring of food around that. This place was so wonderful. Best food I've eaten in a long time.
Loved the food, our waiter was awsome, we paid $81 for 4 adults and 4 drinks so it was dinner definitely will be back!
This is a good clean buffet. They do offer a variety of Asian food and seafood. Some food is better than others. They have a good sushi bar, that's what I enjoy the most. I would recommend to give this place a try.
Such a great place to go with the family! I am really impressed with the their sushi and sashimi selection! They keep the place so clean I have never seen it dirty.
The waitresses there are very kind and super attentive as well!
Food was fresh, sushi was pretty good. Slow service, took forever to get a refill and our tables cleared. Place is a little dark, making the atmosphere a bit daunting. Not very clean, buffet counters had spills and food on the floor. Sign in front of building says Kins instead of "Lins". Will be sticking to the one off Loop 1604
So many sushi choices and there was kimchi. Always wanted to try it. It was delicious 😋 Cold food was cold and hot food was hot!! Noodles were perfect 🥰
