I've dined at Bill Miller's the past 40 years! Now, I even have breakfast there and their tacos are the best around especially my favorites, bean n bacon and bean n sausage!
And, I've eaten at just about all the BBQ places in Texas n the USA over the years but I have to say, Bill Miller's is the best n their taste has been tested over time! In SA, Rudy's is great as are some of the others but I can't say about them what I've been saying about Bill Miller's!
So when my childhood friend, classmate n fellow graduate of the Class of 1970 of Ep High asked me where we could meet for lunch, without hesitation, I said "I ❤️Bill Miller's! Meet me there!"
The trurkey, the chicken,sausage, beef n pork, all are delicious! Can't go wrong with any plate one orders! I love their pecan pie n brownies, their salad poco de gallo with their sweet tea!
On this ocassion, I had the rib plate with two delicious sides! Thanks, Bill Miller's!

I found a parking spot in the front and was greeted as I entered. There was no line when I went to order, and my food was brought to me before I could even get to a table. The location was clean and nicely decorated. I haven't been to this location in years. The staff has changed but the dedication to good food and quality customer service is still the cornerstone of what they have built here. I will be back again soon.
Brisket was tender. Potato salad, green beans, and macaroni and cheese were good. The tea was nice and sweet. The rolls with butter were complimentary. It was more food than I could eat so I took the rest home. Overall it was a good experience. The food was good and the service was exceptional.
Had the breakfast taco with potato, egg and bacon! It was sooo good! Quick, friendly service! Placed to-go from front register. Dining room very well maintained!
Drive thru - we ordered the taco box with carne guisada. We had to mention our previous experience with the same order and this time they came through with flying colors. All the tacos which included eggs did actually have eggs. The same for potatoes. Nice plump tacos. Young generation needs to learn the culture and good quality service. Based on last order if I was a supervisor buying breakfast tacos for my work crew it would’ve been a disaster. Flimsy tacos and going back to return them wasn’t feasible when you’re on a time limit and need to get back on site. Treat your guys well and they’ll put forth an effort toward production. Thank you Bill Miller crew for the excellent service today.
This was my first time trying this restaurant. The service was quick. The food was delicious and enjoyed the atmosphere. This restaurant was packed inside and in the drive thru...I see why now, It is GREAT!
Stopped in for dine in on 7/7/23 was greeted as soon as we walked in the door our food was hot & fresh. Ashley (cashier) gave us great customer service & was very friendly we would definitely go back again. And the restaurant was very clean.
I come here for the breakfast and it never disappoints! This is the only place where the potato and egg tacos are actually seasoned. Their pancakes are made to order so it's always hot and fresh out the kitchen.
Just went in to get one taco to curb my appetite. Ordered a sausage and bean taco. Of course, the tortilla is mediocre, the beans were a little running, and the sausage was plentiful. There were some tables that needed to be policed but the service was awesome.
Their tea is freshly brewed and indoor seating is spacious and comfortablely cool temperature to get out of the 100 degree outdoor heat!
