The ambiance is very lovely for a couple or family dinner. We were seated right away but waited a minimum of 15mins just to get drink. We waited so long that we already knew what we wanted. My husband excuses himself to the bathroom and by the time he got back mind you he was in there for quite some time. They had just taken our drink Orders. The service was poor however the quality of the food was delicious. I order Chicken Marsala in which the sauce tasted very authentic was smooth and sleek not to think and watery. My husband and daughter order the lasgna. They advised it was hard on the edges but it was delicious to finish eating. My other daughter order the spicy chicken Alfredo and she said man was it spicy 🥵 she was not expecting that but she loved it. Overall I'm dropped my rating due to the poor service we received from Matt. I will give this place a second chance at a later time. And update my review.
Fantastic Food, and Delicious Desserts. The portions are perfectly sized. Catherine was awesome as our server. Definitely will be going back. ... Went back on July 29th and the food was even better. "Dom" was outstanding as my server, and his recommendation of the Sizzling Apple Pie did not disappoint.
Zios servers are great very friendly and attentive. They offered a gluten free menu with several options. The food was to good to try so we ate before we remembered pictures. I would definitely go back for the pasta and mushrooms. The gluten free bread wasn't really worth it sadly nice thought but way to hard.

First time I been here. Everyone one from my table was satisfied with their food with the exception of my girlfriend her tomato had an interesting kick that she didn't like. I tried it and it was subtle at first, but became more prevolent with each spoonful I took. Personally I don't mind the taste, but I had to swap plates with her. I just wanted to let you guys know if you have a picky eater within your group. Service was phenomenal.

Wonderful experience! Kevin took care of us and he did an amazing job. The first time we tried this place a couple years ago wasn’t very good but everything drastically improved this go-around. Their Italian-style wedding soup was the best I’ve EVER had! Dessert is amazing of course. And you get bread! We had a great time.
The lunch menu is good and the food & staff are great! I'm glad my family visited last Thursday 👍
Trying to remember the last time I visited a Zio's ... thirteen years ago perhaps? Longer? Received a Zio's gift card so I was obligated to make a return. Things were not looking promising when we were escorted to a table with crayons scattered across the top and a puddle of water on the chair I would have occupied if I was not paying attention. There were plenty of crayonless empty tables throughout the restaurant. We ordered calzones. My husband enjoyed his ... I could only think about the ones made at Florio's (sigh). The interior of Zio's is gorgeous compared to Florio's but I go to restaurants to eat GOOD food! There is still money left on the gift card... I am not returning to use it.
UPDATE: Decided to use the rest of the gift card. This time the experience was positive. We were escorted to a table in the bar section and the service was great (Alaniz). I enjoyed the special shrimp dish with the spaghetti. My husband enjoyed his calzone.
I really enjoyed the dining experience at Zio's Italian Kitchen. The feel was nice, like dining in Italy with all the art work that make it feel you are outside. The staff was courteous and no matter how many questions we ask or stopped our waiter Joe he was pleasant. The best thing was the prices are great! I enjoy my seafood fettuccine and my guest had egg plant parmesan both dishes were tasty. The bellini drink was also very refreshing and good.

Came here to try for the first time, I must say it is pretty nice and elegant inside. The food was very scrumptious and everyone from the wait staff to the manager are all very very kind. Although I didn't finish my spaghetti and I normally eat alot for me thats a challange I accept the next time I return.
