I love Potbelly!! And I had a great experience at this particular location. The person in charge at that time (didn’t ask his name but it was a guy) was very helpful and caring so my 4yr old daughter could have something to eat. I was a regular when I was single but now married with 2 kids...it was hard to accommodate a menu for all of us, so he offered different options and even let my little one tried before getting anything. I felt so welcome and thankful. Keep it up guys! :)

I ordered the broccoli cheddar soup online and went in to pick it up. It was 2pm and not busy at all. My food was ready for pick up and I brought it back to my job to eat. The soup was delicious and I wish they offered it in bigger sizes than a cup. I ate it all in less than 5 minutes. It was hot and tasty. Highly recommend.
I stopped by after work for a quick meal to take home. The location was pretty clean, convenient downtown location from the Alamo, Riverwalk and adjacent to the Shops at River center. My server was *Sal/Saul and he was super friendly helping me understand the menu, options and just answering all of my curiosity without the "next" attitude most fast-food places have.
The broccoli cheese soup was delicious, as was the chicken club, vegetable soup and apple walnut salad.
Not sure what happened to the sign outside over the years but the establishment was clean and worth the visit.

Didn’t expect the food to taste this good. I’ve never been here before. I really enjoyed their food!! Also, not expensive at all!!!
This was my first time eating at a Potbelly. The manager was so helpful with the app and user benefits. He made our salads and was very hospitable. He knows how to earn repeat business. Of course that only works if the food is great. It was. The salad was fresh and delicious. Fresh, ripe avocados are extra appreciated and hard to come by in restaurants. They’re perfect here.
We returned the next day for our free sandwich earned by using the app the first time. Both of our sandwiches were excellent.
The next time I’m in San Antonio, this is definitely where I’ll be eating. Excellent food, great service, can’t be beat.

This place has such a great vibe and their toasted sandwiches are always super good combined with a great environment.
This place has the nicest employees! I just went in with my son to have a quick dinner and it was delicious and the people were so friendly. So friendly that I felt compelled to leave this five star review. Lol thank you! I had a great dinner.
We came here in July for the You, God's Music Finals and the guy that ran it was so kind to us!! The food was good and they blessed us with some complimentary coupons, as well! The place was clean and there was even a lady there who shared her art with us. She was very talented! We know it's a little late leaving this review, but we figured it'd be better to do it now than never! We hope this place continues to flourish and maybe we will be able to stop by if we get to visit again! Thanks so much!!
This is my first time coming to this store and the customer service was phenomenal. Jennifer helped take the order on the phone then greeted us as soon as we walked in and was able to make recommendations for items/condiments that were unavailable. Excellent customer service. Excellent food. I’ll be back!
