Such a cool and relaxing place. Great atmosphere . Wonderful outdoor seating only. They have swings over looking the river which is really nice. Food was very flavorful and good portions. Dirt floor so sandals are not ideal. Ducks come around looking for a free me.. Cute. Friendly staff. A bit pricey but cultivated food. Definitely will go again.
Delicious burgers and good bar 🙂. Lots of beers on tap. Got a Hefe and it was very good. The burgers were delicious. Tried the wild Western burger and it was awesome! My wife got the buttermilk and liked it just as much! Combine great food with the good prices and this place is just great!
I liked this place a lot. It's right next to the riverwalk allowing for people to walk down the promenade after a beer. It's outside and dog friendly and great after a long week of hustling. Employees are nice, patient and friendly too. The food takes forever to receive tho after you order it. That's the only downside. Now maybe that's because the kitchen was short staffed or because when I went it was booming with folks however the staff does give people a heads up on the wait for food so can anybody really be mad??? Lol. Definitely have to check this place out and take friend.
The food was excellent and I adored the outdoor seating. There’s lots to choose from but the swings overlooking the water were very cool.
Because it was a rainy day it was empty and we had the place to ourselves minus a stray little kitten that watched us from behind a tree.
There’s free parking in the evenings close by on the side streets.
The only reason it’s getting 4 stars instead of 5 is because there was only one guy there and he wanted to close early because of the rain so he wasn’t excited to serve us.
Very contemporary place to get burgers and fries. Large selection of beers however very limited choices due to shortages. The swings overlooking the river is an awesome idea but not as comfortable as one would hope. The food was very tasteful and the employees were warm and helpful. The flies and nats were almost overwhelming at some points. Also the uncleaned tables were getting attacked by all sorts of birds. There is also an area for corn hole and the restaurant can be accessed from the river or the main street.
A friend and I arrived at the Luxury about 5pm on a Sunday and the place was bustling with activity, corn hole game, swings along the riverwalk, laughter and conversations. We were able to find a table near the river pretty quickly. While we waited our dog (on a leash of course) played with the dogs at the next table. Because it was busy, our food took longer than expected to arrive, a little more than 45 minutes. But the food was amazing!! Such a cool place. I will be back.
Nice truck style food with awesome beer selection and hearty unique burgers. Right off the river with ample seating and swing style seats if you like. Bathrooms are made from old freight containers. Pet and family friendly.
When the weather is nice the Luxury has one of the coolest ambiances in all of San Antonio. Located right on the San Antonio Riverwalk, it is less than a mile from the Pearl Brewery and about a mile from the Downtown portion of the Riverwalk. The walk from both directions is absolutely gorgeous, especially between Thanksgiving and New Years when the trees are lit up for the holidays. The Luxury makes for a perfect pit stop whether you’re in the mood for a good beer or a nice glass of wine. The food is beyond your typical bar food, and just like it’s location it’s menu falls somewhere between a brewery and a restaurant. Of course when you sit outside under the stars in one of their wooden swings, you honestly won’t care what your eating and drinking, because the people and place alone will have you coming back for more.
This is my favorite place in San Antonio. The location next to the river walk is beautiful and they have a few well-placed swings for two positioned to face it.

Cool atmosphere, right next to the river. Tables and swings overlooking the riverwalk. Limited but good options for a food truck/beer garden type place. Not the best burger I've ever had, but food and service was good overall.
