Little mom and pop type of restaurant. Wide variety of dishes. Not your average Americanized Chinese food - this stuff is amazing. They also have Korean, Thai, etc dishes, so you can pick many flavor profiles. I had the garlic green beans and kimchi green onion fried rice. Both were extremely delicious! The service was quick and friendly. I can't wait to come back with several friends to try many dishes together.
Real Chinese food, just like my moms cooking while I was home. Loving this place so much. Came 3 days in a row, every meal was so happy. Definitely recommend if you want to try some real Chinese courses.
Great Taiwanese food, super authentic. They said they import lots of their ingredients. I've tried lots of things on the menu but only have a picture of the 牛肉卷并. Overall, I really enjoy eating here. I gave it 4 stars because it is a little pricier than I would like, but I assume that is because of the imported ingredients.
Great food and value for money. Good serving size for the price they charge and very flavorful dishes. They also pack the ones with sauce carefully so they don’t leak in the bag- this made a great first impression! I highly recommend this place!
Very flavorful food. We enjoy every dish here. Stew pork ribs with potato was my favorite. The ribs were so tendered and had cartilage.
Everything I ate was so good with white rice. The eggplant dish was my absolute favorite! I love when the outside of the turnip cake is perfectly crispy and this place delivered. Definitely will be back to try other dishes :-)
On par with the best chinese/Taiwanese food at any price. An excellent take out venue, inside is fine but it definitely fits the description of a low key dining experience. Excellent service. Some may not realize that the spice level of food is up to the patron and there is chili on the table to add if needed. Excellent flavor. We had a vegetable home made noodle stir fry, leek pie, fried spring rolls and beef noodle soup. All really hit the spot. They have great dumplings but just know that they’ll take 20 minutes.
The best Chinese food in the valley, no doubt. I say that before clarifying that it’s actually Taiwanese in the hopes of getting more people to eat here.
Mom’s offers a huge variety of authentic Taiwanese dishes. They make it very easy to order takeout. The food is ready pretty quickly. Unfortunately, the prices have gone up a bit due to rising food costs. I’ve never eaten in, but the dining room looks fine. The service is pretty good.
The noodles and dumplings seem to be their specialties. On my most recent visit, I tried the beef roll and the Taiwanese noodles with pork. I’d never had a beef roll before, but it tasted like a bahn mi. The noodles were excellent. It was enough food for two portions.
Authentic Taiwanese food. It’s very good, the food always comes out fast and we can always find a table. The menu has photos now which makes ordering new dishes even easier. Definitely coming back.
It's good, but you have to order the right items. The fried chicken was very disappointing ; too dry and you could clearly tell it was not freshly fried. It tasted maybe a few hours old. The spicy lamb is really tasty but a tad too oily. The best thing was the Beijing pancakes which were freshly cooked and super crispy.
