This was a great breakfast spot! The space felt incredibly cozy and modern, the server was beyond charming (Harry Potter tat, my kind of person!) and provided great recommendations. The coffee was tasty, and the food was incomparable. We knew about this place because of prominent Salt Lake community members, but headed over based on a recommendation from a friend.

This place is as authentic as you'll get for Lebanese food in Salt Lake City. You must try stuffed grape leaves, everything cauliflower, rose water mimosas and the baklava bites. You will leave a happy and contented person. 💖💫💖💫💖
So, I'm not a Mediterranean food fan, but came here for a work lunch. I saw they have shakshuka and was overjoyed, as I've only ever eaten this at home. It was delicious, exactly what I was hoping for.
Staff was kind and attentive. I like the atmosphere and location in town. Parking isn't too difficult to find (I went at noon), but that might change later in the evening, not sure.
The only problem was the cost. Everything on this menu is very expensive, several dollars more than they seem like they should be. I would definitely still come back again, just not very often at all.
I ordered the lamb burger medium rare to rare and it was cooked quite beyond that temperature. Also, the burger fell quite short when compared to patty to bun ratio. There was a good half inch of bun all the way around the meat. I left quite a bit of bread uneaten. My wife ordered Laziz Mediterranean bowl with chicken it was quite good. We also ordered Baba ghannouj and found it quite tasty. The baklava was good. We waited quite some time to be seated and there were only two tables occupied. After being seated we waited again for some time before anyone came to our table

Pretty late to the game, but finally got to try out @lazizslc ! This lovely little restaurant serves up Mediterranean style food that is packed with flavor. We got:
The sampler plate with hummus, baba ganouj, and spicy labne
Lamb Burger - Niman Ranch Lamb (5oz), lettuce, tomato, yoghurt sauce, caramelized onions, beet crisps
Salad Bowl - Mixed greens, cucumber, cherry tomato, green onion, parsley, capers, olives, feta, pickled cabbage, crisped onion, + salmon (this was my ONlY complaint. The salmon was way over cooked and dry)
Lebanese Bowl - Lentil and rice pilaf, yogurt sauce, house salad, caramelized onions and beef
Can’t wait to go back and try more of the menu!
This Mediterranean restaurant has good fast casual food. I got a Portuguese red wine which was really good. I ordered their wrap with chicken and sweet potato fries. There’s fries in sandwich too! It comes with a side of tahini. The wrap was packed with veggies and it tasted great! The fries were good too, but I should’ve got the cauliflower with it.
Nice baklava for dessert too!
10 out of 10 delicious, high quality food.
This place is so good!! The service was incredible, really really enjoyed our first experience here at Laziz Kitchen. Carina was our server and she recommended the dishes we got, we both loved our meals. We don’t normally get dessert but these beignets were killer. I Will absolutely be coming back here!
I had a quick dinner here before meeting friends for a drink around the corner. Super delicious food. Their menu isn't huge but they have some really solid options. I sat on the patio since the weather was nice and my server was really friendly. She checked on me often. I had a lamb burger with a side salad. The burger was a little mushy with all the juices but the flavors were delicious! I will definitely need to come back sometime.
Just know we are going back!!! Great food, nice location in salt lake.
P.S parking is a horrible that was on a random Thursday night so I can’t imagine on the weekend
I really love this place. Mediterranean food is one of my all time favorites, and this place has all of the classics. Plus this location is so cute and chic. It's a great place for lunch, and they often have Mimosa specials on the weekends. What's better than that??
Had the chicken wrap, fried cauliflower, and hummus. Everything was amazing and so filling we couldn’t finish it all. Definitely recommend!
First time here but won’t be my last! Really fresh, delicious food. Grape leaves were some of the best I’ve had and the Mediterranean plate with kafta was also excellent. Server was great, laid back and on point. Looking forward to coming back and trying the halloumi, burgers, etc. I came solo this time but this place would be perfect for sharing plates tapas-style. Btw the guy that left the 1-star review is clearly in an altered state of consciousness so don’t let that influence your decision😂
