I think most of us can agree most taco bells have bad service often but I've been here a few times now and the folks are nice, my food is nicely packaged and my orders are right.
This team is working their booty off to serve the community but they clearly need more help. Up to 5 cars waiting for food I the parking lot and as many were still in the line.
This Taco Bell seems to get a lot of flack. I get it, this part of the neighborhood isn't the greatest. But, I have had some of the best drive thru interactions at this Taco Bell than almost any other fast food establishment in St. Louis. They are incredibly friendly, and seem incredibly kind. And, they have always got my order correct. My only ding on the place would be that if you're in their drive thru, you can't turn out of it in an emergency or if they're "only taking door dash" (if you could kindly stop that last thing, that would be fantastic).
Food was good was very busy that night and still got my food in a reasonable amount of time
Great job Asia! The other staff did awesome as well. Happy Holidays :)
Well done from the last time I was here! Bathroom was clean, stocked and smelled great. Manager made sure I confirmed order and workers were respectful
I don't do taco bell very often anymore because I've had bad experiences, but this one surprised me, especially in the neighborhood it's in. It's was really good
Like any Taco Bell, it’s not “Mexican food” like food from Mexico. Here’s the clincher:
They don’t claim to be!
They are more like an American tribute restaurant to Mexican food and they do that pretty well - depending on the store, the management, and the work ethic of the staff. This location made good food in good time, thus “Fast Food”. It was exactly what we wanted and our taste buds and bellies were happy.
Too many sauces In bag, non of the kind requested. And never my napkins. They've gotten better about slopping the ingredients on and giving whole portions when making. Depends on the attitude of the line cooks whether your shells are in one piece. And the level of laziness in the window workers, determines your length of time stuck in drive thru
