Shrimp Enchiladas. I went to Brinco's to order take out and ended up wanting to stay. I ordered shrimp enchiladas that aren't even on the menu. The chef made them for me special. I enjoyed everything so much! The food is delicious everything was great! I will go back.

Wonderful Food. The food at Brinco's is wonderful! There are great flavors and just the right amount of spice. The salsa is great. The fajitas are my favorite and are consistently delicious. Love the margaritas too!

Had arroz con pollo and it was flavorful and tasty. Service was ok but they were low on staff. Nice college crowd.

Best Salsa Around. Whoever said the salsa is "obviously from a can" is crazy. They have the best salsa I've ever eaten in my life. Daniel (the owner) makes it from scratch every 3 days (I have talked to him a lot because I go there at least once a week). I actually take my own tupperware with me so I can buy some to take home between visits. Besides the salsa, they have good cheap beer (2.50 XX drafts!) and some good food. I only get one thing when I go, but it is quite good. Definitely go there for the good atmosphere, friendly service, and killer chips and salsa.
