I go out of my way to this place because they ALWAYS get my order right. The manager is an awesome guy and so are the long term employees.
Staff is always friendly. Have noticed the changes in management has made a huge impression on service snd quality of food. Cleanliness of store has changed for the better dramatically. Keep up the great changes love this location 👏
This store has changed so much over the last few months. It is clean, service is faster and friendly workers. The food is better i love their bowls.
It's really good I in my opinion it's better than the giant franchise we all know that has this type of food the guacamole is off the hook steak is tender and has flavor I most say that I will be back
My food was great! The people were really nice and the quite music in the back ground felt cozy
Stopped in for lunch and was greated and treated very nicely. Meat was a little dry but it was later and after the lunch rush. Would return and recommend.
Yum yum yum! I love myself some Qdoba🤤 First of all I don’t know about you all but I’m a burrito gal. Their burritos are super delicious especially if you add queso. Which yes I know isn’t the healthiest route. Another awesome perk are the kids meals. I ordered the steak quesadilla. This also came with a whole tray of tortilla chips and queso/salsa all for $4. I’ll probably only order from the kids menu from now on, such a great deal. As far as the atmosphere goes you can always count on Kirkwood. They have a cool area next to the window with high stools. Here you can people watch while eating your tasty meal.
I literally fell in love with the youg lady "apparent supervisor" called Precious! Her take charge energy and momentum she demonstrated was impressive. I appreciated her getting my order accurate and swift. I'll return with my friends next time.

Love the food, it was a bit messy in the dining room this time. I feel like there is usually an issue with cleanliness, probably because it is so good they don't have time to clean.
I'm changing my review! We went back and it was 100% better! The staff was super friendly and the place was clean! Of course the food was great!
The staff was awesome. I ordered the chicken protein bowl and they didn't have enough grilled veggies so they stopped other activities and made a fresh batch for me. That was so nice. Clean restaurant with delicious food and fantastic service.
