Although not a dive bar anymore, I think Tri would like what his brother has done with this place. Glimmering clean, a nice beer selection and a decent food menu (the pot roast sandwich was incredible). Rene was attentive and a great bartender.
We make this a must do every time we're in St. Louis. The food is amazing and the atmosphere is great. It's a short walk from most downtown events and worth every step. It's more affordable than the neighboring restaurants as well. If you go, you have to try the spicy spinach and artichoke dip with pita chips. Holy cow, it is yummy.
Shaun's service was impeccable!! We were greeted and seated upon entry. The inside is huge with loads of seating and there are several TV's for you to watch all the games. The food came out very quickly.. it was piping hot and delicious. We ate the shrooms so they're not in the photo 😂 but trust they were good. Also ordered the Mobar Deluxe pizza and jeez louise.. the original crust and cheese will make you slap someone. To drink we had long island's that were made to perfection. Overall the atmosphere was great.. Shaun was very engaging and thoughtful.. it was appreciated and we will definitely go back
Came in for lunch because I was having a bad day. I met Carla, the GM, and she cheered me right up. The prices are great. There is plenty of room to social distance. The food is even better. Try a louie burger and make it a double! I stand by that. Ms liza is there on tues, wed and Thursday nights as well. Monday is $3 wells. Tuesday is $4 crafts. Wednesday is $5 you call it up to $7.75. Thursday $12 Busch buckets. Friday is $14 domestic buckets.
A friend and I were in town for a conference and wanted to go to different places to eat. She came across this place and we decided to try it. This place has a good atmosphere and the food was great! The cocktails my friend and I had were also very enjoyable.
Great friendly crowd for Buffalo Bills and Cleveland Browns games. Delicious food and attentive staff.
Service was excellent. Loved the waitress. The food was good. I got the gyro sandwich w/fries. Sandwich wasnt hot like i expected but otherwise had a great time. Really good tequila pours too. We were alone at 1st but by the end of our meals others started coming in and added energy to the place so we stayed and had several shots. Highly recommend this place.
Great out-of-the-way place from downtown and all the expensive preppy stores and restaurants. Reminds me of a small town bar with an attached kitchen to feed the masses. Very low-key, and the ladies there that were working were very attentive, and friendly. If you ever get to St.Louis and downtown specifically I recommend stopping by for a burger or checking out their menu. Everything on that menu is under $20 and is very good
I never make reviews unless I'm highly satisfied, and I was beyond satisfied. Had the trashed and original wings, BOTH DELICIOUS! the staff was so friendly and helpful, and the place was super clean and kept up. Don't be discouraged by the outside bar look, the inside is really comfortable. This place is definitely a must go to if you haven't already ;)
Service is the best, food is even better. The Louie burger and fries is my go to. Spinach and feta dip with pita is incredible, perfect amount of spice. Very clean and fun atmosphere. The remodeled over a year ago and it's completely updated inside. Staff is very friendly!
This place is really surprising I did not expect it to be so good that I had to return 3 times during this trip. Crazy good Cheese sticks and surprisingly great gyros.. I ordered them twice and an extra one to go for later. Several special things to order that they make from scratch.
In town for the PGA. A local told us to try this out. Great bar with good food and friendly atmosphere. Regulars at the bar welcomed us a friends. Tried the "trash" wings and gyro. Both were excellent. Will come back when in town again.
