We just moved to the Hill and we finally walked down to this new Bar and Grill!! We had not heard anything about it, so we decided to check it out! All I have to say is it is AMAZING! The Owner (which I call her Lucy lol) she is so sweet! The food is amazing for being a bar also! The patio is great and a fire pit out there is super! We are so glad we stumbled upon this place! Don't have to take my opinion just go and try it out! The bartender is awesome and she even asked us if we needed anything and we were sitting on the patio! SHE IS THE BEST!
Only thing I would recommend is the waitress on the patio to be a little more alert, but she was still pretty good!

We ate at Lou C's for the first time tonight. Mom had pasta. And I had rib eye steak. Both were outstanding.
They also have the old Mr. B's salad dressing - FANTASTIC!
Although the place was very crowded the service was fantastic and relaxed. We were not rushed in any way, yet our server and staff were there when ever we wanted something.
We met the owners who in and out of the dinning area,i introduced themselves. As the crowd thinned, we had a chance to visit with them and had a great time.
GREAT PLACE, GREAT FOOD, GREAT FOLKS!

Service is awesome! Food is more than awesome! Great atmosphere. Great place for good food and drinks. Just a chill place that if you want a quick bite to eat and good drink after a hard week at work. :) Have been twice and will be back many times in the near future.

We came in for dinner. Great Food!! very generous portions, great atmosphere, great service!! Very nice banquet facility upstairs. Great place for a party or get together. They have a beautiful large patio setting also. I will be back for sure.
Great place to kick back and have some bar food and some beers.
The menu is great and offers all your traditional bar foods from wings to burgers. Everything was reasonably price and the bartender was really good. Co-owner was there helping the bartender and was friendly with everyone, even an out of towner such as myself.
Most of the people I saw were 30's and 40's and let me tell you, they were partying and having a great time. Not in a rowdy way though. It does have a very family feel to it but when the kids leave the adults play. There appeared to be lot's of locals/regulars. If I lived by this would definitely be on the weekly to do list. Nice jukebox in the back, very large patio.
Only downside is limited draft beers but everything you need is there.
UPDATE: THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSING PERMANENTLY ON SUNDAY 1/14/2018. We found out that they do an all-you-can-eat fried chicken buffet on Sundays, priced very reasonably. The chicken was delicious! They also had several side dishes. The only side I tried was the green bean casserole which was excellent (they put those crispy onions on top - my favorite). The full menu was also available to order, if you're not a fan of fried chicken.
We enjoyed our dinner at Lou C's. The Cajun Pasta was the perfect balance of heat and flavor. The dinner salad with house dressing was extra tasty as well. The restaurant was clean and the service was friendly. We will be back.
Would recommend the sampler or the French dip both were incredible. Great local place and we had a large party and the waitress had no problem keeping everything straight and keeping glasses full.
Cold beer, great wings and Becky is a great bartender. She makes you feel welcome by acknowledging you , the second you walk in. Her shots are delicious. She is why I keep going back.
A great place for food and drinks. The bartenders are friendly and so are the patrons. I really like the patio. You have to visit this place if you're on the Hill.
