Had some friends come to Missouri and they asked what was good to eat around here, I was incredibly happy to be the person that got to introduce them to Guerrila Street Food! Everyone was impressed with their orders which came out quickly and just like we asked. The One Inch Punch is always a hit.
Ive been hearing about GSF for awhile now, unfortunately also learned the branch nearest us closed recently. We ordered chicken adobo and bicol express, both savory and delicious. They have strayed away from the original adobo and bicol express but still different and distinguishable. Could use more soy flavor in adobo and may add string beans in bicol express maybe. Service is great and friendly. Most of the sides are not available. Would love a simple sweet dessert but not in the menu.
First time visiting and I love it!!!! Oxtail dish with peanut sauce so tasty - “Kare Kare”
I ordered ahead online, fairly quick service and friendly staff. See you again soon Guerilla!
Wife ordered Pancit. She enjoyed it. I got the Flying Pig. Very good. We got the extra meat option. I don’t think that’s necessary. Also, next time I wouldn’t mix the food up in the bowl. Everything had good flavor and I would’ve enjoyed it more if they were somewhat separate. It was two meals for me. Dinner and lunch.
Excellent food, loved the flying pig. Will definitely be back!
Big fan of this place. Glad the Webster location braved the Covid storm, and it seems like they were able to do so by adapting to the times and by serving food that travels well. I've never had an item I didn't like here. If I have one suggestion, it would be to add some non-meat options to their dishes. Tofu, shrimp, fish, etc would be welcomed. If these options are currently available, they're not easy to find on their online ordering menu. And maybe some specials to keep the regulars on their toes.

I love their flying pig meal. They have the best food. Yesterday, I got the flying pig off their food truck while at work, then work got busy and I was not able to eat it. I am having it today and cannot believe how good it is the next day! Seems silly, but things like this are important if you have a hectic life. Five star.
As someone who is half Fillipino, I grew up with variations on all of these dishes. Guerilla street food has really surpassed the original flavors. Their adobo chicken has a tangy creamy sauce that I really love. The pancit was what I remember but less greasy which was really refreshing. The flying pig was my absolute favorite. The pork was perfectly seasoned and the sauces had a nice spice to it. My only critique was the lumpia’s were more of a crepe which was a surprise. I’m used to the fried version similar to an egg roll. I was a bit disappointed on first glance but the flavor made up for it.
TL;DR: Good food, try it out.
I have been 2 times and my only gripe is the hours they are open. Pretty simple selection with gluten free, vegan, and vegatarian options. Really small location so you will probably want to order pickup or delivery.
Probably the best pickup food in the area, definitely worth a try. My favorite thing to get are the pork rinds.
Service is fast and food is great. The pulled pork is amazing. The chicken adobo is good (surprisingly not spicy), but needs more pickled onions.
