Arby's - I hadn't had it for years. Today I did. The service at this location was excellent. Professional and courteous. The food was fresh and hot still once I arrived home. The roast beef and cheddar wasn't as tasty as I remember. Otherwise, as fast food goes, the meal was pretty good. Giving credit where credit is due given staffing shortage at many drive throughs and having to order food from careless employees who are seemingly poorly-trained.
Everything was great. My only issue is that their Mac n cheese bites are a bit pricey for what you get once you compare quantity and price to White Castle. At Arby's you get 4 for the same price as 12 at WC
My cashier Kayla was very kind to me when I came through the drive thru on Halloween. I was having a really bad day, I am in missouri for a travel nursing assignment & this is my first holiday away from my family. She had a great attitude despite working on Halloween. Kayla offered me a sucker which made my entire night. I appreciate her very much. You are lucky to have her on your team!
Dining room was clean the staff greeted us when we came in and the food was hot and fresh and the staff was also friendly.
Wish they would bring back the potato cake's..
Nice food, got our order quick, they forgot a whole meal, and forgot our condiments.
Fast and friendly! My order is always accurate, which is a rare thing for fast food in Saint Louis..
Update a bit later: I have been seeing the Country Rib Sandwich commercials for a bit and thought I would give them a try. They are pretty good, very meaty. Would give them 5 stars. Averaging that and my previous 3 star review below, upping the score to 4 stars. Pretty tasty BBQ sauce also.
Earlier Review: This photo is misleading. The sandwiches aren't that big. After seeing the commercials on TV for the Petite Fillet Steak Sandwiches, I was eager to try one. A great idea that isn't as good as you think it should be in execution. Fillets, being a very lean cut, just aren't as tasty as other cuts of beef. When I cook one at home, which isn't very often, I use a little more salt, pepper, and maybe some garlic butter. The sandwiches tend to fall apart as you eat them, which surprisingly doesn't detract from the overall experience - you just grab a fork and go. Next time, I think I'll stick with the brisket, Reuben, or traditional gyro.
Although the food is good they got the order wrong... when asked they easily made it right!
Friendly, communicative, patient, and accommodating staff. Kayla at the drive-through was alright on top of things before discussing it when something was discovered to be out. It almost seemed rather dismissive, but I'm glad I didn't act irrationally as it went extremely smooth compared to other places. I appreciate good customer service.
Only stopped here once while in St Louis, but the good was good.
