Very wonderful service, we were having trouble with the Starbucks app. The baristas were awesome and took care of us, plus they were all super friendly. The drinks were made quickly and to perfection. Thank you for turning a frustrating experience into a great one.
The barista was excellent. He got my order correct and my order was served hot and fast. He also handle a large line very fairly and promptly. Thank you for making my visit to St. Louis enjoyable.
Older downtown shop with long lines in the morning and some afternoons. Use the Starbucks app to order ahead for much quicker service. Pick up is to the left of the order counter.
Seating is fairly plentiful but a bit close quarters. There are several outdoor tables but no drive-thru.
Customer service here is much improved lately, with staff addressing regular customers by name and warmly greeting newcomers.
Amazing place! I run a small business working from my computer. Thanks to the incident in Philadelphia, I've been able to stop renting office space and just camp out here! The best part is that I don't even have to buy their awful coffee ... I bring my own. Free office space. Access to a bathroom. Internet. Electric. It's perfect. Thank you Identity Politics!
I'm a regular at this Starbucks, and I think that store manager Laura has really done a good job of turning it around. Before she came along, the store was really haphazard and messy at times. Now, I've always had great service and great white mochas!

If you're going to go to Starbucks in downtown St. Louis, go to this one. It's the only one owned by the company and 1000 times better than the one in the Renaissance Hotel.
It's the usual Starbucks fare, with an efficient and very nice staff. If anything, the shop is smaller than the average Starbucks so finding a seat can be a challenge when it's not possible to utilize the tables outside. Other than that, it's worth the trip to go to this location and stay away from the one on Washington street.

I was visiting from out of town and looking for a place to cool down. I normally get a cold brew, but after talking to Taylor, she told me how it tasted and tried to match my taste to a thirst quenching drink I might like.
Taylor also made sure right when I arrived that she was ready to help me and my family and if I needed any help before ordering. She seems like a sweet, kind, and down to earth individual that made my short visit one I could feel comfortable in and enjoy my stay.
Give that woman a raise!!! By far my favorite barista I've ever met!!! She made this place her own by how she welcomeded each person, moved to the beat of the music in the cafe to set the mood in creating sweet drinks with a kick of music love, and did I mention my drink was DELICIOUS!!!! I've never tried the Mango Drangonfruit refresher, but sure glad I took Taylor's advice. Each Starbucks has a slightly different feel and decor, but Taylor brightens this place up and will go far in life in how she carries herself wherever she may go.
Thank you Taylor and Starbuvks for being a part of my day and our St. Louis trip. Putting this Starbucks on the map!!!
We visited three times. All times were crazy busy and they all kept it together so well. Good service and fast delivery for as busy as it was. Standard good Starbucks drinks
They were going to close in 10 minutes and my fiancée and I really wanted some coffee, we felt rude but they happily served us and we hurried out the door so they could mop. Good experience and over the top friendly staff.
This is my favorite Starbucks in downtown STL. The people are always great and friendly. They come across as "happy to see you." The place great for the road office only if your lucky enough to snatch a good seat close to an electrical outlet. I wish it was larger and would accommodate more people. Parking can be a challenge but I have always nabbed a spot on the west side, just watch your meter! Great place to get work done and enjoy people watching out the window. If you ever show up and need to get some work done but the place is busy just look out the door and check the place out across the street, get your cup of joe and go over there. :}
