It was about 4 pm and the place was quiet. We sat at the bar and ordered appetizers. The nachos were huge and good. The pretzel bites were also good. Nice atmosphere, able to watch sports on the telly. The bartender was very pleasant. Would go here again!
Ordered through door dash and was not satisfied with my order. Called in and had to go back while on the clock at work. While I still did not get my food remade I was still highly satisfied after talking to Daley. I believe that was his name. He was very calm and caring and being a customer service person myself I could only respect how much he was able to do to try and satisfy me. Very much respect. Thank you.
I enjoyed my experience here. I came in on a Friday, about 345,4pm, so before the evening rush. I enjoyed a quiet meal, it was very empty in the restaurant, so my food came out quickly. Rand did a great job servicing me.
The only area of improvement is cleanliness. The glass on the doors and glass above booths are filthy with handprint marks. I also had to wipe away crumbs from my seat at my booth, and there was a left over straw paper from a previous customer behind the menus on the table. It could’ve been easily missed had I not used the condiment holder.
Make sure the restaurant is clean. Otherwise, I would eat here again before any rush. I don’t have any problems with this location.
It's pretty much the same as any other buffalo wild wings, but the staff was much more attentive, they listened on how I wanted my wings cooked and the service was very good.
AMAZING food, once you get a table, the service is incredible, but, that is...ONCE you get a table. There's never a greater or someone to seat you...have to advocate for yourself to get anything done. Also, take out is SLOOOOOW...expect to wait at least 30 min. I wouldn't go eat there if you have sensory sensitivities, as there are a million TVs mostly on different channels, but if you love that...this is your place, lol!
We came in late after my nephews MMA title fight at the, Ball Park Village on a Saturday night. There was a big group of of very happy and excited. Our host and waitress, (which was pregnant) were very friendly and welcoming even though it seems they had a long night and just cleared out a big rush of people before us. Great service great food and friendly and welcoming staff. Bathrooms were pretty clean considering there was a rush before us and we came in late after they just got cleaned up a little. So I am sure they didn’t have time to make it that far. Plus I think they were short handed. But wow great job guys. Thank you for the cap of our evening.
This store has excellent, swift service and the servers are always so sweet, warm, and welcoming. Brentwood BWW always has excellent quality food made fresh to order, and my family always chooses this location for catering and party events, because this location is like no other Buffalo Wild Wings when it comes to their service.
Sunday afternoon was dead quite, so we were surprised. We couldn't complain about that as we didn't have to wait for a seat. Service was okay, but we were not given ranch dressing (come on ranch and wings!!!!) And had to get up and go to the kitchen after waiting a while, and it still not coming out.
Beer was cold. Food was Buffalo wild wings style.
We were told the main tv couldn't be changed as someone was watching it. Strange how there was no one else in the restaurant.
Get the service right when your dead quite.
Great service. Wouldn't recommend going tonight because it's apparently the busiest night of the year. Employees still super friendly even though under obvious pressure. Thanks wild wings!♡
This place didn't have any vibe on a Friday night. Games would make a difference. Nothing of interest was playing on my visit. The poor bartender was also the server for the whole place. He was hustling!
