We love Dressel's and it has become a regualr spot for us. We love the burger and the fish and chips; the homemade chips are amazing. The Buffalo cauliflower is a standard app we order and it's delicious. We tried dessert once, the bread pudding, which was ok, but personally dont need to order it again. We have probably been here at least 10 times recently and every time it's delicious...consistency of good food and service is always appreciated. Will be returning soon!

Nice menu and beer selection in this classic pub. We were warmly greeted and received great service. I had the grilled cheese sandwich, which is served with a tomato bisque for dipping. The thick bread was buttery, nicely toasted, and loaded with a delicious mixture of cheeses. I ate half and took the remaining half home. Also pictured is the fish and chips consisting of a huge nicely battered and fried cod filet served with fries and very tasty tartar sauce.

Ok, so apparently I've to do this in English. The food was ok, for a pub; the service was ok; and the place is very nice. The food is ok. My friend liked it very much but it missed something for me. The menu is very pub-like, I like that. Prices are appropriate for what you are receiving. My favorite was the coliflower. Most servers were the best. Also, I like the atmosphere of the place. I'll probably return.

Great place to sit and have a drink. Friendly staff. Good food! I had a lamb burger that I liked. My wife proclaimed the fish tacos the best she'd ever had in her life! We noticed shiny, new, fermentation tanks and a mash tun. We asked the bartender about it. He said as soon as the last of the paperwork is in place, they will start brewing. We will be back!

Renee made our experience awesome! We ordered the Porchetta Louie and the Deluxe Burger, which were flavorful and presented prettily. Fries and salad sides were fresh and yummy too. The atmosphere of classical-literary-pub made this a spot where service and make are all thoughtful. Staff will also dim the lights for you if it's a date night ;)

Editing after they reopened after 3 years: YAY! Dressels is back! Everything is just as good as I remember. This place is always amazing. I’ve never had anything bad, and they always have a fantastic beer selection. The stockpot is usually my go to in the winter, and the lamb burger is fantastic.

The Fish and Chips and Fish Tacos are both incredible! The flash fried cauliflower is a delicious appetizer. We have had the bread pudding, fresh cobbler, and the pot de crème for dessert: all house made and delicious. Sam at the Bar always provides exceptional service! This place is a gem!!

Tyler was the best part of the experience. He was super useful in helping to navigate the menu but also super kind and attentive. I hope you know he is the best part of Dressel’s. Keep him, give him a raise, just please take care of him. He deserves the world.

Dressel's is a place near and dear to my heart. My wife and I went there when we were dating and we continued after we were married! The atmosphere was cozy and quaint! After a few years away from the scene, Dressel's is back. I went with our Supper Club and was not disappointed. They added on a bit, but you can still see the original charm. The food was great, cocktails were delicious and the service was fantastic. Go for the first time or revisit this STL classic!

The lamb burger and pork sandwich were over cooked but the waitress was embarrassed it wasn’t up to quality and replaced the lamb burger with a Perfect one and took the pork sandwich off the bill. The rest of the food was great as well as the second lamb burger. My group tries to Pick restaurants where I as a vegan can eat too. An impossible burger is billed as vegan but they have no vegan bun or bread nor are the accompaniments all Vegan. I was relegated to A salad and black beans which were very good. Restaurants need to realize as people understand the environmental toll of animal Agriculture veganism will and is increasing and should be encouraged with good food. Restaurants need to be serious about plant based eating, including providing a suitable protein. Vegans don’t just eat salad.
