Chipotle Mexican Grill

The food is always fresh and pretty good,no complaints in that department, and the restaurant is always clean a big plus. Masks are required and hand sanitizer is provided upon entering. This Chipotle is on my way home from work so occasionally I stop by here and get a quick bite for dinner, most times it's past 8pm. On Friday there is usually a long line(not a big surprise it is Friday night), but on the other days during the week there might be 1-3 people in line to order. The outside is open for dinning only. I take one star away for the customer service . On 3 different occasions I've been there, and only having 1-3 customer's in line the wait has been a little longer than average. I'm by no means an impatient person, I've worked in this line of work before, so I understand how it is after you been on your feet all day ,busy,and tired. This particular day (Monday night)The employees were working, cleaning etc. And only having 2 people in line took over 20 min. I understand the cleaning, restocking, and conversation is important, but so are the customers. If it was me I'd focus on getting the customers in and out, even more so,when there is only 2 customers waiting in line.When there are about 5 employees working it shouldn't take that long. I hate to sound picky but its happened more than once. I'm tired as well I'd like to get my order and get home, sometimes I just consider going across the street to Mc Donald's or Taco bell instead. When I'm tired I'd rather sit in my car and go to the drive thru, then have to park, get out and wait. Especially when there isn't many customers inside.

It’s a chipotle. Although the lady that took my order skimped on rice and meat on my order. About half as full compared to the usual bowl I get.

I always stop in to buy lunch whenever I go buy groceries. The line can get quite long, but you move up quick enough so it's not an issue. You wait longer if you order online/ahead. The drinks and napkins are a bit hidden, but staff directed me to the area. Staff can also be friendly but if you appear to be impatient while waiting for your order, they will tell you.

Gotta love chipotle. My only complaint is, its about time they started expanding their menu. Don't get me wrong, I love the options they do offer. But I just wish they would try some new items or experiment with other food items than just the 4 basic meals they offer. But still, simple and easy, especially for those who get overwhelmed at the huge menus at other restaurants. If you're looking for quick and delicious basics, this is your place.

Great tacos 🌮. Shredded beef, pork and chicken are all delicious. They give you so many options to add to your tacos including rice, black or pinto beans, grilled veggies, sour cream, salsa, cheese, etc...
