Domino's Pizza

Tried the perfect combo deal for $19.99 and my family finished all of it. We actually ordered a second one to be delivered to the house. Cinnamon bread was delicious. Would definitely order again!

Good for picking up at store not so great on delivery for overall good only twice. Had squashed pizza on delivery box but it got resolved quickly

Normally I would give it 5 Stars. However, the last time I ordered they were so slow. Fifty minutes after ordering online they still haven't started my order. I called the store and person who picked up the phone told me she was abandoned by her boss and had over thirty pizzas to make. She told me after she prepares my pizza it will take another hour and a half to deliver it to me. I asked if it would help if I came to the store to pick up my order. She said if I want it sooner then come to the store for pickup. On my order I had given them an $8 plus dollar tip for the delivery driver. Since I was picking it myself I asked them to remove the tip. I was told they would cancel the payment already billed to my credit card and that I will pay when I come to pick up my order. Mind you, this is during our Bomb Cyclone Rain Event that gave our city almost 6 inches of rain in a 24 hour period. They asked me to come there in less than an hour and I did. I got to the store and after explaining who I was I got my delivery. When I got home I was soaking wet. I looked at the receipt and discovered I was charged over 4 dollars for delivery. Nothing they did was for my benefit. Normally, a business will comp customers who are inconvenienced yet helpful. No apologies were given and no explanation on how they intend to remedy things for future orders. This store, like I said at the beginning, normally does a great job. I'm sorry for the staff who told me her boss hates her. I hope they get their act together there because there are several Pizza Places in my area to choose from.

The team is beyond outstanding with service & friendliness. The generosity of extra touches especially extra pizza, care, & friendliness really keeps us eager on spreading good word about this specific store, which we will definitely continue to keep up. I've been to many Domino's & other fast pizza places, but this one tops it all for us thanks to their love & always-warming thoughtfulness. The pizza is already delicious while the service is beyond the realm. Thank you greatly, Domino's Team!

Decent pizza at decent prices. New online feature allows you to monitor the progress of your order from placing to prep to oven to box. The same tracker is on a screen when you enter the store. Employees never seem too busy and are usually attentive. I always order online for in-store pick-up. After I order, I leave my house, get to the store, walk in, pay, and leave with my pizza. I've rarely had to wait when ordering this way.
