I often visit this location on West El Camino and it is always a good experience. Shout out to Brian for customer service skills that are on point every time I stop by.
Baskin Robbins has maintained a top quality product over the many years that I have been a faithful customer. I still buy the prepackaged quarts never disappointed. Got to love the 31 choices
Ice cream and cake for a birthday! Not very busy right at 6pm despite it being sweltering hot outside! 2 counter people and 2 customers. I waited and waited, noticed that the refrigerator is now locked for cakes and ice cream! As soon as a 3rd person comes in...how does someone ask the new person....can I help you? I said I've been here waiting I'm next. I'm tall so hard to miss lol. People in general are so unaware of their surroundings. Cake & ice cream were delicious as usual when our family wants ice cream or cake.

Great customer service and delicious ice cream!! We had a HUGE order (6 different double scoops & 2 brownie sundaes) and the young woman not only got the order correct, but got us out of there in 10 mins and had a great attitude!! Thank you Marisella 🎉🎉🥰
Love, love, love this place. And at only 3 1/2 blocks away I spend a lot of time there. The December flavor of the month is delicious! And don't forget to try the German Chocolate cake ice cream while you are there!
The staff here are always friendly and provide a welcoming experience. They are kind enough to let you try multiple samples. Not to mentionthey make really good drinks compared to some other Baskin-Robbins.
Good choices ice cream, shakes, and sundaes. The employees were friendly & helpful. I like the banana royale sundae.

Walked in it's very small inside and it was almost full, orders a scoop of cookie and cream ice cream. Cashier was nice and friendly. Fun music playing as we wait for our turn.
I medically cannot have dairy and I super appreciated the options for me! Dairy free Ice Cream keep it coming! I also loved how it had a cute little seating area!
