I have been dining at the Golden Rice Bowl for a few months now. For what its worth, the food quality is not bad for a hole in the wall. The teriyaki chicken, barbecue pork and curry chicken so far has been consistently tasty. Their menu may not be huge and that’s fine by me, others may find it to be lacking.
The Golden Rice Bowl is the cleanest hole in the wall I have been to. The facility itself was a former fast food joint with fixtures that appears to be from the 80s. Unless you are into sexy atmospheres, this place would be just fine for you. So far I have yet to see homeless persons camping in the facility. They sometimes roam about outside or sitting by the trees
Anyway if you want a quick cheap no frills consistent plate of food. Come on in cause they can use your patronage. Don’t let the small menu and displaced people mixed with the suits bother you.
last night was the first time in this magnificent restaurant. But It is absolutely not the last. We passed a splendid evening with the excellent service, with the high quality dishes and booze and with the honest payment. We will definitely go back there in a short time.
Pretty extraordinary bowl of soup in an unassuming location on K Street. Gracious, no nonsense husband and wife owners. If it looks familiar inside, that's because it was a McDonald's in the eighties. All they changed was the facade on the front.
There is a slight smell of cleaning product that sort of spoils your appetite. However, it's always clean when I've gone. The War Won Ton Soup is my favorite.
One of my fav locations for Chinese food. Visited Fri evening I think. Next time I'll be back with my coworkers. The prices are well within reason for the quality.

I think they have the "BEST" Orange Chicken and Curry Chicken in the Valley!!! They are always clean and though their menu is not big its good and fresh!!!
Good Chinese food. Kinda like a mom and pop version of Panda Express in that everything is ready and you pick what you want, but quality is better than Panda
Great lunch place! Good portions. Ask for the charsiu!
I made a recent visit for the WONTON NOODLE SOUP. OMG! FABULOUS!
