The service staff are kind and friendly as soon as I walked in and I get greeted with a warm smile. The menus are very simple, straight forward, and easy to peruse through that various combinations of hot broth, proteins, veggies, and an assortment of tasty appetizers. We ordered the tonkatsu and house special broth to go along with the large plate of beef short ribs and American Wagyu proteins, seafood, veggies, and udon and ramen noodles to feed our party of 8. The dinner comes with the dipping sauces such as ponzu and sesame but I rarely dip my proteins in them because they are the star of the show. In my opinion the proteins tasted the best coming out of the hot broth which only takes a few seconds to dip it in and cook it to medium rare to my tastes. Ask for a bowl and a soup spoon to taste the tonkatsu while you wait for the meats to arrive and you'll see what I mean. The dinner ended with a healthy scoop of ice cream, but I was so full, that I skipped it and gave it to the little one.
All you can eat and the beef is very nice
Food was really good and the staff always checked on us
I would give 4 1/2 if there was an option. I've eaten at a number of Shabu places, and this location wasn't bad. Service was definitely good, atmosphere was good, and you dont feel like your being rushed. All you can eat is about $30, but worth it if you come hungry! Yum!

No wait time on Friday night. Plenty of seating. Great service very friendly staff. Food was fresh and brought out promptly. We asked the waitress about suggestions and ordered the American beef with the kimchi and miso broth. Highly suggest the all you can eat!! Throw back a reverse sake bomb and enjoy!! Tip.. go for an early dinner they do run out of eggs to purchase as an addition to the broth and you will be limited to the flavor of your included desert option.
The meat was delicious but the broth lack some flavor. I was sad that they always seem to run out of lamb very early. I had a great Valentine's day dinner. The waiter was very attentive.
A most enjoyable experience. Cook your own meats and veggies in your choice of delicious broths. Fun for a group. Staff is very attentive, ask for direction if you haven't done shabu before. I recommend the (pricy) all-you-can-eat, but come hungry! Be sure to try the hot sake.
Nice hot pot places. You pick from a variety of broths, order meat and veggie packages or separates and dip and eat. The prices do add up quickly and it is not AYCE. Meat quality is good but they slice it super thin.
Good food. Tasty fried chicken. However, the Kimchi broth and peanut sauce were little too salty. The veggie portion is a bit small compare to the last time I went. If you go here around dinner time expect to wait about 30 minutes.
Good food, I like to order the miso broth and one of the spicy broths. Fyi, when you order the meat, it comes with more vegetables than when you just order the vegetarian option. The decorations and overall look of the place could be better. Great service
