Having never been here Not even knowing what I felt like eating. I stumbled upon this little gem. I ordered the soul surfer aka Rubin on rye it it was delicious. The 2 ladies at the counter were awesome. A great lunch stop. I will be back

I recently discovered Dugout Deli in the Arden area and I have to say, I'm in love! This place has quickly become one of my favorite sandwich spots in Sacramento. One thing that really sets them apart is their amazing garlic sauce - it's seriously delicious and I could eat it on everything!
I recently tried the Chicken Salad sandwich and it was amazing. The bread was so fresh and the chicken salad had the perfect balance of flavors. It was obvious that they use high-quality ingredients and take pride in their food.
But what really made my visit special was the amazing service I received from Cyd. She was friendly, welcoming, and even gave me a free cookie which was delicious as well! It's clear that Dugout Deli values their customers and goes above and beyond to make them feel appreciated.
Overall, I would highly recommend Dugout Deli to anyone looking for delicious sandwiches, amazing garlic sauce, and exceptional service. Give it a try - you won't be disappointed!
Tri tip Tuesdays are awesome. The other days, also awesome. Get in and get your sammich. Great local small business, very reasonably priced, excellent service and delicious food. There might be a line. There's a reason for that line. Stay with it and enjoy!
Fast for as busy as they were. Dutch Crunch was perfect, tri tip was so flavorful, friendly staff. All around delish!
This place is a hidden gem, great lunch, fun baseball themed sandwich names, baseball theme overall, great friendly team for a local independent business. Hit it over the fence!
Small menu, but something for everyone. I had the feilders' choice with everything. It was my first time here, and the sandwich was exactly what I was hoping for. The service was quick, and the woman making the food was friendly. Little extra bonus because they surprised with a fresh baked cookie! If you want a real deli sandwich this is the place!

The food was great. The staff (owner?) was hustling to take care of a lunch rush. The selection of sandwiches is really good. Definitely a big cut above Subway and worth searching out.
