It was quiet at 2: 30 in the afternoon during the week. The two of us had their lunch special of personal pizza with salad. The salad bar was well stocked with fresh ingredients. My Maui Zowie pizza was excellent. My friend enjoyed his two topping pizza with lots of extra cheese. I need to add this to my regular rotation for lunch and dinner. Zion was our server and she was nice and friendly and helpful.
This location is amazing. Maliya was outstanding at taking our order and very sweet to our daughter. This location was very clean when we went in. We will definitely be back.
They are a little slow to come up to the register and help you, but the food is good!
You can say a lot about a national pizza pizza, but all comes back to the quality of the people who serve. For the past year or so, this Natomas Round Table Pizza, no matter how you deal with them, carryout, dine in, or delivery, their pizza and customer service is a very high quality. The people who answer the phone, or you deal with the at the cash register or serve your food are customer oriented. I like their pizza too. If I have to to complain, the delivery time takes over 1-1.5 hours, but then I need to plan ahead. Its worth the wait though.
The pizza was very good (King Arthur Supreme) although they would not substitute mushrooms for pineapple without an extra fee. Last time I checked, mushrooms are more expensive than pineapple. They DO NOT do a 1/2 picture of beer only full. After placing our order, we waited 25 minutes before my husband went to find out where our beers were (we ordered 2 pints). It's a decent restaurant and a safe-feeling environment.
I will only come to this round table from now on! I originally went to the on on Arena Blvd in Natomas. I had a coupon for a large pepperoni pizza with 6 twists for $18. Since my husband and I are vegetarians, we just wanted the pepperoni on the side or none at all preferably. The lady at the front counter refused to accommodate us. I requested a managers input and she went behind the counter and he said no special orders. The fact that I'm just asking them to remove a product that I dont eat and they wouldn't do it was really upsetting so we left. I called the corporate office and left a message (hopefully I get a response).
Back to this round table. I walked in, asked for my accomodation and she graciously applied my request. Turns out the coupon was for a 1 topping pizza any way and only cheese worked out fine. They now have a new loyal customer.
Been coming here since 2004. Same place, same great food, friendly staff, and clean restaurant. There are 2 large separate rooms and televisions throughout. Can't complain.
