I’d like to recognize Alyssa. I had an issue with my order (no steak in my burrito and not double wrapped), and she was totally understanding. She was super polite, apologized, and made me a new one. She turned a negative experience into the most positive trip to Chipotle I’ve had. As a side note, she even remade my entire order after quickly glancing at my receipt and didn’t need to double check what I wanted. Give Alyssa a promotion!
The food was great and the staff was so kind and helpful. It was my first ever visit and they were so very patient with my questions.
Very good Chipotle location. The employees were very kind and friendly. The food was delicious and fresh. Love their chicken tacos and bowls. It's one of the bigger locations with lots of room to sit which is great for bigger groups. Parking can be a little tricky because it's in Downtown Sac, but it's manageable.

Very clean and the food was delicious. Super friendly staff!! The only thing I would knock is having to wait for a code for the bathroom that was pretty annoying but understandable lol
I don’t know of any other restaurant that provides a combo of healthy options with the amount of food you get for the price you pay at Chipotle. At this specific Chipotle, the staff is amazing. They’re fast, friendly, and fun. I came twice today for all of the reasons listed above. I f***ing love Chipotle.
Amazing customer service, the workers in this location are friendly, thorough, and quick. The parking makes it easy and overall it’s my favorite location in Sacramento. It just gets better, they are Johnny on the spot when it comes to everything. It’s also clean & has an easy going atmosphere. Great vibes, I’d recommend this location over any others in Sacramento. A1 to say the least.
The Wife and I had been wanting to try them. This store is less than a block from where we live so we walked over there.
They had the smoked brisket on the website so I decided they were on.
We arrived there and I ordered the brisket. I was politely told that they didn't have that. I changed my order to another item.
The food came and the portions were large and the food was good.
I enjoyed the meal.
The food is perfect every time.overall speed of service and employee friendliness is perfect too.
I visit this store sometimes two or three times daily.
I started dashing a couple weeks ago,and I get a lot of orders at this location.the crew has been very helpful and all of my orders have been %100%accurate.AND THE SPEED OF SERVICE IS AMAZING DURING LUNCHTIME...usually im 2 minutes away..my order is up before I arrive %99%one time I waited 45 seconds..Keep up the exceptional work I sincerely appreciate it..thankyou
