The food is excellent, and you get to see it made right in front of you. The ingredients are fresh - they were grilling steak while they made my burrito.
The Freebirds website has excellent calorie information, so you can tailor your meal to be healthy while still tasting great.
The atmosphere is excellent, too. It's family friendly, though a large group might have trouble sitting together at this location. There is indoor and outdoor seating and Coke products are available from the soda fountain, including Diet Coke and Coke Zero for low-calorie options.
Very impressed with the food. I love that I can have my nacho toppings separate from my chips. The customer service needs some work though. The female cashier was very pleasant and friendly but the guys preparing the food seemed miserable.
Loved Ofelia and Brandon. Their service was great and definitely made me feel like they cared and liked their jobs. Jessica didnt seem too happy. She didn't say a word the whole time and she kept staring and seemed to be "mean-mugging" my cousin. Overall the experience was pleasant and I'd definitely be coming back
I came here at 9:30 pm on 1/10, the guy who made my burrito was really cool and he did a great job on my burrito, the food itself was amazing as far as taste and quality but... it was literally ice cold when I got home... I get that sour cream and the salsas and all that jazz takes away from the temperature but the rice and beans should be piping hot enough to at least leave SOME kind of warmth especially when tightly wrapped in aluminum foil. I live around the corner like literally 2 turns so it was a little disappointing to discover but not that big of a deal, like I said food tasted amazing and was cooked perfectly just had to heat it up bc it was ice cold lol
They have a wide variety of meats and flavors and you really can't beat the flavor. You can get creative with your selection of ingredients and cater it to your specific taste and diet plans. Freebirds also has some of the best customer service that I've personally experienced from a quick service food restaurant.

This place is similar to Chipotle but I think I may like it a little better! They have a Beyond Meat chicken option for vegans. It was delicious! Definitely go here if you're a fan of Chipotle but want to change it up just a little 😁
I love their food, and they definitely don't hold back. The staff is really friendly and patient. The privacy you get at their booths is pretty nice when you're eating.
This place is one of my favorites. The crew makes you feel very welcome. The food is great! I usually get a freebird burrito and chips and queso. My wife usually gets nachos. They also have tacos and salads. All delicious!
It was me and my girlfriend's first time here and we loved it! Super nice employees, very clean store, fresh delicious food and huge portions. Would recommend to anyone
