I came here on a Monday morning early, and the guy working the drive thru window was great! He was friendly, happy, helpful, and made me smile. Which was just what I needed on a Monday morning. The service was quick , and my cookie was warm. And my coffee great . I will definitely come here again. Great store

The Starbucks located at Old Auburn Rd & Sylvan Oaks is fast, affordable, efficient, and upbeat. Definitely worth spending your hard earned money here. (5 stars)
The Starbucks in the Howe Bout Arden was a little slower than anticipated. The drive thru line was crazy long and thankfully there wasn't one on the inside. It took a little time to get my order taken but eventually my son and I were able to get the three items we went in there for. (4 stars because of how long it took to get our order taken & then spelling and saying my name 3x for the cashier to still get it wrong. SMH)
The staff were very friendly and the restaurant was clean, but my coffee was missing the cinnamon powder (specified on my mobile order) and the drink had an overall metallic taste that isn't present at my two regular location.
A nice and open Starbucks. A decent level of indoor and outdoor seating. Coffee was good and the baristas were pleasant. They have a convenient drive-thru.

Before moving from Sacramento, this was one of my favorite places to relax during the summer days and catch up with stuff on my laptop. Today I got my favorite beverage, a vanilla latte with 2 shots of vanilla and 2 shots of honey. Perfect! Great customer service and awesome atmosphere. You do need to ask for a code for the restroom.
Love this location! It is clean a decent area for indoor seating. Staff here are quick, attentive, friendly and enjoy a bit of conversation. Nice to be welcomed! The coffee is always so good!!
The line was long in the drive through so we went inside and were served rather quickly. Staff were friendly and the store was spacious and rather elegant. Fun visit with a friend to get our favorite drinks, made possible by Starbucks 😜✌️☺️
