Red Lobster. Amazing apps, try ordering one of each for a feast! The two pasta dishes the offer are very good and of course the cheddar biscuits are the best!
It's Red With A Giant Lobster. What can I say? I love Red Lobster but honestly, if you've been to one place, you've been to them all. I think if they said they were only going to be serving their Cheese Biscuits and nothing else...I'd still show up. The only negative about this particular location is parking seems to be jam packed for dinner...constantly!
Chef Michael LaDuke’s talent is definitely an asset and a secret weapon, as I’m sure this will force other chain restaurants to start stepping up their game as well.
A couple weeks ago I got an email with an opportunity from Red Lobster 's corporate promotions rep, Erica. They were inviting food bloggers and reviewers to come and sample their menu and meet their head chef. Gotta admit, I like his title. Michael Laduke
Easy to find location with a HUGE parking lot. Restaurant is clean and bathrooms were spotless. Specialty cocktails were fantastic and the wine was very good. Food was prepared well and tasty. Our server was super sweet but they were short staffed and we had very long wait times. We ordered drinks, which took 25 minutes to be brought to our table. Then another 40 minutes for our food! Seriously almost left but our server was busting her butt trying to keep everyone happy. So, we stayed and had a delicious meal. We're almost late for the ballet but we understand that staffing issues arise at times. We will try again and update review if necessary.
"Red Lobster in Sacramento, CA offers a satisfying seafood experience. The fresh and flavorful dishes, like the Ultimate Feast, are a seafood lover's delight. Friendly service and a cozy ambiance make it a great dining choice."
Had dinner here around 5:30pm on July 4th, and we were glad they were open. We were seated almost immediately, even though we had a large party. We ordered the lobster artichoke dip and the crab cheese fries, and they were so delicious, we forgot to take a photo for the review until it was all gone! I had a few of the ruby mules, and they were absolutely refreshing and simply delightful. The entrees were the highlight of the meal though! My lobster topped potato was so good, I couldn’t keep my wife out of it! And my crispy Brussels sprouts were some of the best I’ve had - perfect texture and flavor. And those were just the sides! My scallops were cooked perfectly as well - not too chewey like when they are overcooked. And the sriracha sauce that covered the scallops and shrimp was fantastic, and I enjoyed mixing it into the bed of rice. My son’s lobster was also perfectly and his Mac and cheese was so good, he couldn’t keep everyone else from stealing bites! We had a wonderful meal, and we are thankful to have had the opportunity to make such great memories!
After having appetizers, the waitress came back with menus and we had to reorder due to the restaurant running out of food.
We were offered two sides and then charged for the two sides that were offered. The food and cocktails were still very good.
I ordered the Crab Fest, I chose Snow Crab seasoned with Lemon Pepper. I didn’t expect the lemon pepper sauce to be so creamy, it was okay. It’s more of a cream flavor then lemon. I also got the Sriracha Honey sauce on the side, a little spicy.. but I’d say better. The crab is on top of crispy potatoes, which didn’t taste too bad. Also comes with a side, I got coleslaw. Our waitress was funny and nice, gave us a great experience. :)
In the last 4 month I have visited red lobster restaurants in Sacramento. Food, service and management has been the worst I have got in years. Yesterday I try this red lobster restaurant in the Arden area. I was very impressed and finally got to enjoy a great meal with my wife and daughter. It is all about the management and the people that runs it. A great round of applause for this restaurant and it's crew.
I like to come every now and then. This visit was for my birthday. I've been coming here since I was a teen. It's had its upside and downs. Right now, it's having its ups. I can never get enough of those cheddar bay biscuits. They have gotten a bit smaller in size, but that taste is still big.
Haven't been there in ages, but was pleasantly surprised by a terrific menu, energetic staff, quick-accurate service, and great quality seafood. Next time, I won't wait so long for a return visit.
Food was sooo good
Service was amazing
Drinks were good also
I go to Red Lobster a minimum of 2x per year. Usually for my birthday and/or my sister's birthday. My crab legs were good but the prices have doubled due to recent inflation hikes. The service & wasn't the best either because several of these places haven't been the same since post covid. Not as lively and fun as it was in 2019 and before & some of the items that used to be available are sometimes unavailable.
