Went on a Friday evening, expected BJ's to be busy, far from it (I didn't realize the mall closes at 8pm?). Service seems rather slow nonetheless. Food is good, I have gotten their chili in a bread bowl more than once. They mainly focus on their own beers, which are good, but I would like to see a wider selection from other breweries.
UPDATE: Looses a star on my next visit because they have a server who would be much more appropriate working at the post office where she belongs.

Great drinks! Great service! But the food was underwhelming. We got the prime rib weekend special. We ordered medium rare and we got very well done(except for the edges). The mash potatoes are bland, but the roasted vegetables and clam chowder was delicious!! I got the Jerry burst which is a combination of the Jeremiah red and the berry bust cider. Best beer I’ve ever had. I ended up buying the cider so I can mix it with beer later. It’s now my go to type of beer.
I ended up not eating my meat because it was just way too overcooked that it just did not taste good; however, our waiter was kind enough to give us half off. My partner got the same meal, but he got chili instead of the clam chowder and green beans instead of the roasted veggies and he said those were really good!
So if you do get the prime rib special, both soups were great and both veggies were great. Do not get the mashed potatoes. Ask for very rare, maybe then you’ll get medium to medium rare. Their pazookies are a must! I had the strawberry shortcake and my partner had the brownie. We had ours to go and it was still good a day later!
Ordered for delivery and food was still pretty hot and arrived on time. They packaged and sealed everything perfectly. Only missing were napkins & utensils. Prime rib 🥩 with asparagus, mashed potatoes and clam chowder along with the brownie pizookie. Also got the rib eye with broccoli and cheese soup🍲 Everything was delicious but the prime rib was very fatty. I’ve been going to BJ’s for decades now and they are consistent and delicious. For that I will always come back!
My server Chris was amazing and made it such a joy to dine. My girlfriend and I dined after buying rings and he was enthusiastic about them and we could tell he paid great attention to his customers. Chris absolutely made our dining experience.

Our server Cass was amazing!! She was working the bar area alone and made sure to let us she’d be right with us. Very polite, cheery all around great experience.
Came as part of a large group. Service was good, and they handled the large order well. Bathrooms were clean. Would come back with a smaller group.
Stopped by while at the mall. Seated right away and was fairly busy. Pizza was good as was the avocado egg rolls.
4/5 due to not getting plates, refills, condiments etc and not finding server after food was delivered and having to wait while the food got cold.
Been coming here for 10+ years, my reviews recently have been based on my overall experience of 10 years. The ambiance is good, music is at a good volume, good quality portions.
Came here for various occasions including but not limited to graduation lunch, work lunch meeting, date night, happy hour as well as family night for pizza. Although they do not offer complimentary bread and butter or chips, they are fairly fast at delivering the food. Happy hour is 3 to 7pm and 9pm to close. For my most recent visit, I ordered the BJ's burger $6 (happy hour) and soup and salad for 9.99 (standard price). They have a handful of options for happy hour food, drinks and appetizers.
Service is good, I've ordered take out before a few times, no complaints. Bathrooms are clean, I don't recall having any complaints so they do a very good job with actually placing and making your order. I'd definitely recommend you coming here!
Came in for a quick lunch yesterday. Food was excellent, it was definitely on the pricier side, and took a while to come out even though the restaurant wasn’t very busy. Our server Cassie was very attentive. Great service
