Recently visited and used the drive through. We waited way longer than I expected- 12 minutes just to order. I would have been unhappy normally and left a bad review and not returned. However, the girl working was alone. Yep- alone. She was doing the drive up window AND front of house customers. She was very rattled, apologizing, but the sandwich (for my teen son) was great. She didn’t cut corners, make it sloppy or add whatever. It was accurate and worth the wait. I felt badly she was working so hard- with only people complaining to her. I didn’t have the heart to say a negative word. Instead I could only think how proud the owner should be of her performance and dedication. I’m not sure I could keep that much going alone at once.
Praying they get more help, to lighten the load of those working so hard.
First visit, not so good, guy working kept cheaping out on toppings, so I didn't go back for awhile. Next two visits much better. My sandwich was well made and I always receive solid service. Frustrated that they are not part of the national promos. I'll be back because in the end its good food, for a reasonable price. Now if I can keep from buying cookies...
One person working, doing a fantastic job, taking orders, making sandwiches and working cash register.
Not my favorite sandwich place, but its convenient with a drive through. Wanted a mini pizza, but I guess those are only at the Walmart Subways. Pretty lame. I ordered a Protein bowl since I've never had one. The gal who took my order was great. I didn't know what veggies or sauce to choose, so she gave me good suggestions. Can't say it was my favorite meal, but it cured my hunger.
The new #7 Sandwich is amazing.
One worker pumped out 6 subs in no time. She needs a raise. Especially how embarrassingly slow the one is on the other end of 37th street. Wouldn't normally given a review the one was so bad I had to. She needs to go train the other store.
