This was by far my best Chipotle experience. The staff was awesome. It's been a long time since I received such good customer service. And there were extra nice to my 4 year old daughter! Loved it!
The people working there are friendly and enthusiastic. It makes the whole thing fun!
Always a great experience and really good food. In the rare case that you do have a negative experience, Chipotle is very good at making it up to you with free food or credits on your account.
Amazing ingredients and big enough portions that you could split a meal with a friend. Nice outdoor area for sitting and directly next to a Starbucks for a one-two combo. Service is friendly and fast. The prices are reasonable but not cheap. Cove heard the chicken at this location is better than most but barbacoa all the way for me!
Most of these reviewers never worked in a restaurant or retail a day in their lives. Get over yourselves or make it at home if you're chasing perfection. This location does a great job.
Chipotle has apsaloatly prefected the southwestern taste of old Mexican and beyond . Many may say not but just try for yourself .
Typical Chipotle. Pretty good for a quick bite. Either you like Chipotle or you don't. Servers were talking so fast we could barely comprehend what they were saying.
Probably one of the best chipotles in Rochester. I would say the staff is kind enough, but seems frustrated to be there or distracted often. Fairly clean but definitely dependable and reliable unlike Mt.Hope.
Good food. Huge burritos. Usually a long line but quick service once you get up to the counter. I'm only giving it four stars because they were out of limes and it was only mid-afternoon.
Had the fajita bowl. Ample amounts of each item. Good food.Made by attentive personable staff. Clean dining area with Loud Music.

The poor staff was getting pummeled today by rude customers in reaction to their computer system being down. They were hustling like mad - doing the best with what they could to get the orders out (ultimately cost me a whole extra 3 minutes in line), but some other customers in the store were being horrible and unforgiving about the inconvenience. Despite the treatment being hurled at them, the staff remained professional and apologetic about the situation. Keeping their cool better than I ever would in that spot. I'm mostly writing this review in the hopes that management be aware of how well the staff was handling an otherwise miserable situation that was clearly not their fault.
