Very small dining room…..no place to sit and enjoy your breakfast
The hot cocoa is on the thick side (which is pleasing for this friend of all things chocolate!). I wanted another one almost immediately as it 38° today! The breakfast croissant was acceptable but not remarkable.
Hard to screw up a large black coffee. No food purchased.
I don’t normally go to this location because E Henrietta is so busy and the line is long, but I was really craving something sweet. I ordered a chocolate donut with sprinkles (which I guess isn’t actually on their menu) and the girl just made it for me personally with sprinkles they use for the Iced Capps! It really made my whole day. Normally people in the drive throughs aren’t that caring or interactive but she was! I wish I caught her name because I will deff be going back to this Tim’s
Can staff be trained to not put hot food on chocolate frosted donut. And if they put in bag... why would you put upside down???!!!! Also a farmers wrap after 11am will not have hashbrowns ... then it's just a wrap... they tell you after you have paid for it ...uggggh.
I called to let them know my 40 Timbit order only had 30. I went back for the other 10 no problem. Thanks for making it right! (In a large family when you only get so many that 10 makes a big difference!)

This store gets a little bit hectic depending on the time of day, but the service is always good. The staff is friendly and always does a great job. Their inventory is a little bit smaller than some of the other locations, simply because of the store's size, but they always have a good selection.
This is a great location with fresh items consistently. I stopped here again today on my way to work due to the previous tim hortons messing my order up and let them know it was not their mistake but I couldn't go back and return the items at the other location it was too far and I would be late to work and asked if they could possibly fix my order for me. They took care of me today with no problem and gave me fresh new product. Highly appreciated 🙏
Tim's has great coffee first experienced the coffee in Canada. I'm glad they came to Rochester. Large selection of items on the menu. Friendly staff and clean Bathrooms
Tiniest Horton's I have ever been in. Three tables, one case of donuts. Everything is fine, just limited selection. Theirs is a drive through location mainly!
