The Food is good, staff are pleasant and do a great job. Just don't go for an espresso. The steamer machine is broken and it takes forever. The staff are very apologetic but it sure would be nice if the franchise would fix it.
I can validate some of the previous reviews concerns. For one the gas station does in fact have a tendency to not unlock the doors. This is very annoying. Parking is not great. However the store being inside a gas station is a victim of the location.
They made sure to continually ask me what I needed unlike some restaurants where you just get stared at and no one can speak thank you for your service ✅
Whatever heavenly creature that just made my chai latte with matcha powder just put their entire dunkussy into my drink. it is infiltrating my soul and mending it back together with such richness and power that i may reach the top of maslow’s hierarchy of needs right now on this sunday afternoon.
Love Dunkin. Just wish they were open later. I often get my coffee at night and they're almost always closed.

I received a bagel today (6.4.23) that was so tough that it would've been easier to chew through a shoe. They must reuse old bagels before the new ones because this was absolutely astounding.
I went to get a frozen chocolate and ended up standing there waiting for a few minutes. When one of the employees finally noticed me, he was very apologetic and even made my drink for free. He ended up making me the wrong thing, but it tasted so good that I didn't correct him.
Great coffee great service apologies if my goofy dog startled the cashier my dog has a thing for doughnuts 🍩 😆 🤣
