Had a delicious dinner last night! The chef brought us a complimentary appetizer that did not disappoint. Our stuffed artichoke appetizer was so good, the sauce was pretty much licked off the plate. I ordered the salmon which was fresh, tasty and paired nicely with tender and flavorful veggies.
Great drinks too!! Will definitely go back, great date night place or for a girls night, dinner!

Stopped there with a bunch of girlfriends after a play at Geva the other night. (BTW, All of us are in the service industry). We had so much fun & the staff was so accommodating. We had a couple bottles of wine and ordered food at the bar. I want to thank them for a job well done! We will all be back and will definitely recommend this spot to others!

it was our first visit and we cannot understand why it took us so long to come here for a meal! Just a wonderful dining experience. Great service and delicious food. The small wine room made it very intimate and quiet. Definitely will being dining here again.
Awesome place! Went for our 2 year anniversary last night, the atmosphere is quaint and cozy, dim lit, warm inside. We were very comfortable, the service was fast. The menu items are very unique and there were so many things that sounded good we didn't know what to order. Great wine and drinks selection. Calamari was amazing, and the Tavern 58 Cobb Salad was one of the best salads I've ever had. My girlfriend ordered a steak with potatoes and it came with two crab stuffed jumbo shrimp which may have been the best bite of seafood I've ever tried. Very good prices, our bill came out to less than $70 and that was with 2 glasses of wine, an appetizer, and 2 main dishes. Will definitely go back and recommend to others!
Came in for dinner for my daughter's birthday with the family. We ordered almost all of the appetizers, all of them were fantastic. I had the best NY Strip ever. The owner/chef made chicken fingers for the other kids that were not even on the menu. Goes to show you that this place truly believes the customer is always right. Food was out of this world good. We will be returning.
Girls Night Out for dinner and drinks. The atmosphere was perfect, with a beautiful fireplace that added to the coziness! The food- spectacular! I can't wait to go back to try something else! Had the opportunity to interact with several staff - all went out of their way to make sure our mini night out was a blast! Definitely recommend!
I have dined here three times in the last week! The food is fantastic!! Fresh, locally sourced - and menu options that suit every taste. You can tell that there has been a lot of thought put into the menu, ambiance, and bar selection. The new owner and the general manager talked with us about how they have, and continue to connect with local breweries, wineries, as well as produce/dairy/meat sources in order to offer the freshest ingredients as well as support the local businesses and farmers in our area. I will be back many many times, and am looking forward to enjoying their patio in the warmer weather.

I visited Tavern58 on a wednesday night, the location lacks foot traffic, but I hope to see this area of downtown liven up soon. With Tavern58, I'm sure this can be done!
The restaurant has a great atmosphere, perfect sized menu, delicious dishes prepared and created by their chef, and its all at an affordable cost. This is fine dining, family dining, business, romantic... all in one. AND it works!

Finally a restaurant that offers a dinner that I can enjoy without feeling paralyzed afterward. The medium sized portions allow for an assortment of choosing.. an appetizer, entree, and dessert. Honestly I was so blown away to how much I love this restaurant! I can see myself returning time and time again!!
My girlfriends and I were there last month. We had a wonderful dining experience, from the service to the food, everything was excellent. They were very attentive, they knew about the food entrees, drinks, and the atmosphere was casual and warm. Everyone was very polite. We are definitely going back.
Greeted as we stepped through the door and our party of four escorted to our table. The restaurant is nicely decorated with a private seperate bar area. Our waiter (Ben) excellent personality explained the menu and let us know of the nightly specials. Their salads are big and we were able to have family style which I really like. The chef was very accommodating to my special requests. All of our meals were excellent ... the spacing between courses was good and presentation was on point. I would recommend and also looking forward to our next visit.
The food was fantastic. My chicken wrapped in prosuitto was delish. Nice mix of tender rice and veggies. Reasonably priced. Coffee was good. Dessert - fruit cup or blueberry cheesecake. Need to plan somewhere else for your sweet tooth.
The atmosphere was friendly and relaxed, but not "lazy." The menu was impressive: we loved our food. Throw in an attentive waitstaff, good company, and prices that make you recognize the value of the whole thing, and you're in for a wonderful evening, as we were.
