I never review food chains usually. But this Dunkin is fantastic! The service was phenomenal, the girls working (12/2 at 9:30am) were amazing! And my coffee was actually right!! Highly recommend stopping here for your pick me ups.
Reliable service in Downtown Rochester is difficult to find, but this Dunkin’ stands apart from the pack (their service is pretty good). Quality of the food / drinks is slightly below average what I expect from most Dunkin’s, hence my 4 star rating. However, it’s important to emphasize that their food is very good compared to other options in Downtown Rochester.
To summarize, 4 star quality, but a “5 star” for downtown Rochester. (Does that make sense?)
Also, no parking!
Also, as of time of this review (September 2022), the street this Dunkin is on is under heavy road construction. Expect delays when traveling to this spot.
Today I stopped in to this Dunkin Donuts, after a having a terrible experience at another one in Rochester Ny. I had the best experience I've had in a while. THIS ONE CARES ABOUT IT CUSTOMERS. Unlike the other one that litterly huffed at me. When I explain nicely what was wrong and asked politely to have it remade. It was the exactly the same issue again. They didn’t take the time to listen. Thank you for make it right even though the mistake didn't happen at your store. YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST.
Service was spot on, wait time was minimal, the inside is small but looks nice. The snackin bacon was amazing, 2 pieces didn't have any pepper, but the other pieces had the perfect amount. My breakfast sandwich didn't taste as good as other locations, but I'd still be willing to come back.
We just stopped there and couldn’t be more pleased with our experience. I almost went back inside to tell them. Both woman working were very friendly. My bagel was toasted great with a ton of extra cream cheese (which is usually lacking at other stores) and the hash browns were the best I’ve had! I would definitely recommend stopping here!!
Dunkin' donuts was fantastic.. ordered the bacon only and hash browns. Coffee with a shot of caramel... My experience was great just because SAM was working so hard to accommodate the last couple of customers.. he was the only one there I'm guessing, it was very near closing time and I could tell he was exhausted but he still had a great attitude and was very nice to daughter and I, as we were still trying to figure out what type of drink we wanted... He was patient he really made my day after a long day of my own... Thanks Sam!!!
The crew members are fantastic. Every time I come in they are very friendly and always greet me with a smile and a good morning. Plus they know exactly what I want when I walk in love those girls.

THEY ARE THE BEST! It's a very small location that can get very busy at times.. I work in the area so I frequent this location at least 1 time daily during the week... I have established a very good relationship with all the employees there and they are ALWAYS so respectful and genuine. I would drive out of my way and pay to park, just to go to this location b/c of how great the employees treat the customer. Due to my job, I do travel some times, so I go to many different Dunkin Donuts in the city of Rochester and outside of Rochester... this location is BY FAR THE BEST of the all. Each and every employee is respectful and they go out of their way to make sure the drink tastes right and they converse with their customers, which I believe is EXCELLENT customer service. All most all the Dunkin Donuts I go to... I order, they give me my drink and i'm out the door... this location takes the time to talk to people, get to know them and all while moving at fast pace. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for coffee in the Down Town Rochester area. I do like to support local businesses, but with the respect and kindness this location has shown me, I won't go anywhere else, and I will continue to go to this Dunkin Donuts while I'm in the Down Town area.
Until they know me and know what I like and how I like my coffee, they bring someone new to work. So all over again. But after so many years and countless mornings started here, it is OK… ☕ 😎
