Many different options for both hot and cold subs. They have different types of salads with lettuce and then other salads like potato. They have pickles, chips, fountain and bottled beverages. Fresh baked and absolutely delicious cookies.
When I worked at IBM across the street, I'd always order from this location. Never had a bad experience throughout the years. This is still one of the best locations in Rochester and that's why I still come here. Great Job Staff👏🏿

The food is always excellent but the staff are clearly not happy to be there or serving the food. The service definitely takes away from the food and atmosphere. It won't stop me from ordering, but my visits will likely be limited to take-out at least for now.

But lordy! The price!! I love this place, ok? But dang, I can't justify it anymore. I can't spend upwards of $20+ a sub (after tax and tip) for my family.
I mean, yeah, get one... they're delicious. But it hurts the bank account.
The place was busy, but the staff was friendly and responsive. The sub was prepared to spec, and it came out relatively fast. The booths looked clean, and I saw a few people wiping them down. Overall, it was a good price for the food and speed. I would visit again.
So sad they can’t heat up sandwiches anymore. But the food is still great!

Well it's been a minute since I got a sub from here, I cannot say how much I missed it. They really are amazing. Everything is fresh, the rolls are amazing. the online ordering system was easy.

It’s always fresh when we order and online order and pick up is so easy! They always make our subs the way we ask and I have never had a bad experience with them! The staff is always polite and friendly and super helpful! I always come back because of the great service! The food is always amazing and good quality!
