Wonderful new place to go have dinner. Amber, our waitress, was sweet and gave fantastic service. I had the chicken and the egg sandwich and it was out of this world! My husband had the steak with mashed potatoes and vegetable of the day which was yellow and green squash. He also loved his food. The steak was cooked exactly how he requested it. The restaurant had a nice ambience and was clean. I would return again for the Chicken and the Egg sandwich. They only serve the local soda . The fizz. I would highly recommend this restaurant for a quick bite.

nice hip new place in the east end was super impressed .. I thought the prices were affordable and they have happy hour m-f 4-7. I also liked that that they only served pricier dinner entrees fri & sat. I got the philly Mac and cheese it was delicious! Also for the whole month of September if you order it $2 of your bill goes to a children w cancer charity which I thought was super. Roc needs more places like this. Must try !

Perfectly-done fries, great fried-chicken sandwich, good service. The guy who worked with us was especially good with the 3-year-old in the group. Their other food seemed ok, so they may have some kinks to work out. $3 sparkling water seems to be the new scam in town. Still, nice location, good food, good people, can't leave less than 4 stars.

We came here late on a Saturday night, mostly because it was the only place serving real food at midnight. What a great surprise! The food and drinks are good but more importantly the staff/location are amazing. I ended up forgetting my credit card, returned in the morning and had the best breakfast sandwich. Highly recommend, new favorite spot.

Enjoyed fine service on the patio along East Ave. in the heart of downtown Rochester. Inspite of rain the wait staff continued to provide conscientious service outside. Food was enjoyable with unique touches of steadfast individuality. We were greeted by a manager who made us feel welcome and appreciated. The restaurant felt modern with hints casual flare. Prices reasonably for a quality dining experience. Definitely a welcomed addition to the area.

Great food! Gourmet food at diner prices. Extensive beer selection and awesome cocktails with locally-made mixers. Love the patio with seating for warm summer nights. My new favorite haunt.

Check them out for yourself. One of the best locations for a bar, I hope they can do great things. I will be back

Ate here last night. Service was great, super friendly, and very accommodating (we were a good-sized group that included a 3-year-old child who is about as energetic as 3-year-olds can get). Good food. The fries especially were perfectly done and I really dug their Chicken and the Egg sandwich (sans fried egg, which turned out to be a good decision; the sandwich is a handful without it to begin with). Tried some of their poutine du jour, which involved chorizo in some way, as well as jalapenos; it was OK but not really my cup of tea. Maybe I just liked the fries so much I couldn't see the need to cover them up with poutinish gunk. Caveats: The pricing is a little higher than one is used to seeing around Rochester, but, based on my years in DC, reflects the food (and, I suspect, rising commercial rents in the area, which might also explain the $3 sparkling water); the starters are the most varied part of the menu, the remainder of which is mostly comprised of either salads or sandwiches--which I don't object to, as a sandwich fan. Overall, though, it really was a great place to sit, catch up with friends, let the kid be a kid, eat good food, and watch folks amble by on the street.

I will definitely go back to give this place another try. We went for their soft opening, so I understand they ran out of what I wanted & did not have coffee up yet. However the sandwich I did get was pretty good, although a lil pricey. But I remember when all sandwiches weren't $10, ha. I'll be back!
