UPDATED REVIEW: It took several weeks, but I am happy to report that my refund has been processed! I am still docking a star for the frustrating experience, but I no longer want to boycott Bruegger's :)
I grew up loving Bruegger's, but my most recent experience left a bad taste in my mouth. On a visit home, I tried to make an order via the app for pickup and was charged THREE times for an order that never went through. I was told by the Bruegger's employee that they were merely a hold that would fall off and now I have to dispute the charges with my credit card company. Incredibly annoying and disappointing. Bruegger's - send me $100 and we'll call it square.
I was visiting town and passed this place two times and noticed they had a drive through. I decided to try them out. Their breakfast beagles are delicious. I got the new honey sriracha breakfast bagel and a flavored coffee. So filling and very delicious. I would come here again!
I got a cinnamon sugar bagel, toasted, with honey almond cream cheese, and it was delicious! Taking off 1 star because the service left something to be desired. I do like the fact that they have a drive thru at this location. Don't like the fact that they close so early or that they basically force you to tip them if you use a credit card. If you go there, bring cash!
Jennifer was very friendly. She was very familiar with the area and directed me to some very nice places. Good food, good atmosphere
Definitely need to get better at making SOFTER COOKIES. The chocolate chip cookie was extremely hard. I do love the bagels though. Especially the cinnamon sugar with honey cream cheese
They told me ...you can't add more extra plain bagels at the window?really? don't you want more sales?🤔

Today was the first time they have messed up my herby Turkey sandwich bad in years. The herby turkey is a set sandwich on the menu. The girl put mayo on it instead of the cream cheese (GROSS), didn't put the extra tomato paste or extra lettuce and gave me the wrong bagel all together, she gave me a sesame seed one. And honestly I don't work on that side of town, I go that way because my daughter goes to school over there, otherwise I would've turned around and asked them to remake it but I had to get to work. I didn't notice because I didn't eat right away so I got stuck wiping everything off and just keeping the turkey with a little bit a lettuce and onions that weren't covered in mayo.
I go to this location once a week to grab my herby turkey on an garlic or everything bagel 🥯 with extra tomato paste, my husbands build your own on a plain bagel 🥯 toasted. A bakers dozen with one of their really awesome cream cheeses!
Next time I'll have the person that normally makes my sandwiches make them again!

I like this Bruegger's, nice people there. For a while their sandwiches were shrinking too much for the price point, but they seem to be returning to previous portions. Good quality fast food.
