I ordered a cookie cake for my son’s birthday while he is away at college. I went on to their website per recommendation from another parent, I placed my order, gave options to add my child’s information for delivery to his dorm, we were both notified out for delivery, he was contacted for pickup at arrival, and I received text that his sweet treat was delivered. He send me a picture and it was better than I expected. Will definitely recommend and use again
Needed a pick me up for work. Mission accomplished! These cookies are warm, gooey and delicious. It's also convenient that they're open until the wee hours!
Yummy, warm cookies and brownies! Ice cream too. Served really late at night. Can order ahead for pick-up or order in store. They also deliver within a certain area. The deluxe cookies are the best!

Staff were nice and helpful.
Prices are a bit cheaper than Crumbl but I felt that the cookies were smaller than Crumbl as well.

Definitely my new favorite obsession!!! After a long work day and extra curricular activities nothin fixes the munchies like a nice moist, warm fresh red velvet brookie!!! Grand Champion Chess concentration was applied to determine how we would devour this beautiful concoction.

OMG! Insomnia Cookies, has the best cookies in Rochester.....IMO! 😋🍪🍦🍨🥛 They deliver until
2 AM, their cookies are delicious but they also have ice cream, cookie ice cream sandwiches, vegan and gluten free cookies, brownies, and a different variety of the giant cookie-cakes, etc. Please try them because u won't be disappointed and the delivery drivers are very sweet and fast! I literally received my order(pics down below 🤗)at 8:01 PM, and I placed my order at 7:41 PM! Everything was fresh and warm and I'm never disappointed! The cookies on the left WAS a 6 pack(Oops! I couldn't control myself! 😂)and they're 3 times larger than a Pillsbury cookie, but on the right are the deluxe cookies.....they're 3 times larger than the others! I think they're prices are really cool for not only the delicious quality but for the quantity size of the cookies. As u can tell from my review, I'm very satisfied! 😃
Insomnia cookies are excellent and delivered warm to wherever you are! A group of us were at a restaurant for lunch and warm gourmet cookies delivered right to the restaurant. What an awesome concept!
