Out of all the popcorn chicken boba places in Riverside, I think this place is the most flavorful. Big fan of the basil. *EDIT* 5/5 -> 4/5 stars. The occurrence of basil is highly subject to what day it is, who is working, maybe the weather, idk but sometimes there's basil and sometimes not. Also, consistency of the seasoning is highly variable. I ordered a spicy and my friend came in after and ordered a mild and both had the same amount of spice.

The Thai tea smoothie and milk tea are my favorite. I always add BOBA. They have a variety of slush drinks, teas and also a food menu with things like a chicken curry bowl, popcorn chicken, ramen soup etc. Great place to stop at.
First time trying this place ! Loved it super good and not overly sweet ! Def coming back again ! Place is cool and clean would def recommend if you like yummy drinks 🍓🥤

Very very helpful and the drinks are perfect. I had made a request to have 22 drinks made on that hot Friday on July 6th. Manager answered the phone, mind you she was very pleasant to speak with and agreed to making the 22 drinks. I was pleased to hear that. Drinks were made for my employees on how much I appreciated their hard work and especially on that hot 118° day.
So I had arrived a couple hours early and the staff had did everything and made everything perfectly. Most of all, one of the staffers mentioned to me that it would take 20 to 30 minutes to make 22 drinks. And they kept their word and made it happen on that time frame. I tip them $20, my staff was happy, and production output was great.

Great Monday special on popcorn chicken for only $3. That's my main reason for visiting Lollicup. They also have a wide variety of food and tasty drinks. The decor is pleasant and relaxing. Remember to get your parking ticket validated during UCR hours.
