Best breakfast or lunch for miles! Great fresh food, plenty of it and excellent prices. Fun verbal abuse from "Blondie" is a big plus.
Great breakfast!. I love a casual breakfast at Blondie's! Everything on the menu is excellent and plentiful. My fav is the Shut Up & Eat it Omelet. What's in it? Whatever the cook feels like - just shut up and eat it! Always had a great omelet - fun way to experiment with ingredients!
Hungry after an early morning drop off at O’Hare we happened across Blondies Diner in nearby River Grove. Absolutely old school atmosphere and super service. The Garden Scrambler and Breakfast Burrito were super good. Seemed like everyone there were regulars. Top notch, definitely a five star little one-off diner.

We love the food, ambiance, and super costumers' service. We enjoy the decos and funny posters. Food choices are great and the specials for the day are lovely. We feel like we are in vacation whenever we are eating here. 100% recommended. Our family enjoy every visit on this diner🥰
Blondie’s is the best little mom and pop diner in our area! Service is always good. Food good and reasonably priced. It’s small…so you might have to wait a little…but it’s worth it.
Food is so good and always a great price. Casual and family friendly. Be prepared to sing Happy Birthday because this place is community all day. We love Blondies!
Unbelievable place to go !! Breakfast was super. I had what they call the " Kitchen Sink". Try it, you'll love it. Great atmosphere also. Can't wait to go back
I really liked this place. It has a cozy feeling, takes you back to childhood years with their decor. Food was amazing! The service was excellent, QUICK BUT FRIENDLY! I will definitely recommend for you to try this place. They have weekly specials and kid friendly menu.
The best neighborhood diner ever. The owner treats everyone like she's known you for years. The staff and cook have been the same for years so the food and service is consistently good. If you want a place with good food with the vibe of being at home with reasonable pricing, this is the place. There's no whining here. Just shut up and eat it.
