It is going to feel like you are going the wrong way as you drive to this restaurant but I will say that it was worth the drive. The roads are very twisty turny. The food was great and the views are breathtakingly beautiful. And true hidden gem located in a forgotten area of Richmond
Great food! Different take on traditional dishes. The outdoor seating has great view. Super friendly staff!
A little gem tucked out of the way. They're Brunch menu was delicious, I had the eggs Benedict and my wife had the burger. Both were well seasoned and tasted perfect. A lovely view of the harbor complimented the food
Great Athmosphere, friendly and welcoming service, excellent food.
We went on a Hot day and the breeze was cool.
All tables outside under the shade were occupied so we seated on the only table left with an Umbrella.
It was our 1st time but we were greeted right away and Server told us to grab a table and once ready to order at the counter.
They gave us an "Octopus" card so they can find us, I paid and the rest was a great time enjoying the part of Richmond and the good food.
Okay, I admit....We were on our way yesterday to spend the weekend at East Brothers Lighthouse. We heard a little about a new restaurant near our designated parking lot and decided to give it a try.
I have a background working in restaurants and management so I was intrigued by this little " diner" style building.
The place was unbelievably busy ( which is great). I was immediately impressed that they had champagne- as I love a mimosa! We started off with the champagne that was quickly served via ice bucket. Yum!
After looking over a plain paper menu, my husband and I decided that we would start off with homemade clam chowder and fried oysters. I cant describe the fact that these oysters were " dreamy". The minute you put them in your mouth, they melted like soft butter!! Simply amazing!! On my death bed I hope to order a platter!! The clam chowder was also very delicious!! Light and full of flavor!! Excellent seaside start! Last served was our fried chicken sandwiches- oh my!! Fresh hoagie roll made by local bakery ...yum! Large, fresh fried chicken...yumm....served with an interesting " chip" made of different potatoes ( cool).
Would I recommend? HELL YES!!!!!
WILL I GO AGAIN?? HELL YES!!
SHOULD YOU TRY IT???? WHAT DO YOU THINK?
What a great little spot. I drove out to check this place out with a friend visiting the area. It was a little rainy and such a beautiful drive; one way road at portions. We were greeted by Steve, the chef, who warned us that Wednesday is his prep day, and he was out of several things. We had the oyster po'boy and a fried chicken sandwich. Both were huge and delicious. The slaw was tart and fresh. We had great chips as a side. He was just making some chowder, so I will be back to try that.
Fabulous diner, on Point San Pablo (in Richmond), nestled in a tucked away spot that is worth the drive to as the vistas are relaxing and the boat house community is quaint. Nobilis Finer Diner's food is farm fresh ingredients, deliciously prepared and beautifully presented. The pancakes are incredible, served with a touch of lemon, the eggs Benedict a must try, and the clam chowder soup is chalk full of clams and fresh cream. Wine list is actually quite good and reasonably priced. We went there with a group of friends for brunch and will certainly be back.
Love the outside dining. Everyone is very friendly. They've expanded the outside dining area.
