Great staff, food and customer service. 3/29/2022 Today would be the first time my sandwich was absolutely horrible. Tuna should not be brown or chewy! Quality is starting to go down hill. This was my fav sandwich place. My husband still eats here but I will not anymore.

We had their Phenomenal Beef Brisket 10"er (me) & their Super-Tastey Ham 10"er (according to M'Lovely) sammies today. Loved the decor. Took many many photos. My family has an affinity towards firemen due to my Father's brother, my Uncle Phil, was a Captain for the Cleveland Ohio firefighters!!!! RIP Uncle Phil!!!!!

Good food. They had a very large order ahead of me and I still didn't have to wait long.

The food is great but the Girl who took our order had a very bad attitude. And from what we heard from other employees we were not the only ones who saw and heard it. But other wise a great place and really liked the horror of the Fire Departments.
