The food is always great! Maybe the service could be a little faster, but the manager comped our order for us waiting over 30 minutes. That was nice and unexpected as we did not complain at all.
12/27 3:30p- Despite the post Christmas mall crown, I was really impressed how the staff greeted every single customer and was super friendly and positive. Store was clean and food was great!

Great service!!The food is great little expensive so I treat myself once in awhile. This time I was confused on what I order thought I ordered two patties. When I approached the team about the order at that time I was reading my receipt and saw that I did order a small Burger. I apologize about my mistake. They were still willing to prepare it for me even though I didn't pay.
I have been here a couple of times. Usually it's really good. Last night was not so great. The fries tasted old with a heavy peanut flavor. I saw them cooking fries so I believe they were fresh, but they didn't taste good. The burger didn't taste that great either. So this would have been a 3 star review but my other visit was 5 star so I will meet in the middle at 4.
Our favorite fast food restaurant. Time from placing order to receiving it is always short. Food is consistently delicious, and always hot.
The nice lady managing today had my milkshake ready almost as soon as I was done paying. She also greeted me & everyone else as soon as we walked in. Burger, fries, & milkshake was all top quality & made to perfection.
Cashier was very friendly and patient. Keep in mind if you go here their prices are restaurant grade, not typical fast food. I've also had at least a 10 minute wait every time I go here which is fine with me because I enjoy the food. Just be aware. There is not a lot of seating inside and because of the weight even people getting food to go we'll grab a table while they wait sometimes.

Food is always really good, especially the Cajun fries and shakes! Have had their burgers, hot dogs and BLT's with regular and Cajun fries and milkshakes for since they opened years ago and have never had an issue.
