Stopped in for drinks and to relax after a busy Thanksgiving weekend. Rebekah was behind the bar and took great care of us. Funny, welcoming and sharp! Definitely a highlight of our return trip.
Surprisingly great food for an airport restaurant. And Kayla took awesome care of us - she's a great server!
I had a fabulous experience here. I’m vegan so my options were slim but the cauliflower bites and waffle fries combo did the job. I appreciated Jeffrey as my server as they were super personable and helpful. Quick service - serviced me right away and didn’t have me waiting for too long - and they were able to accommodate my needs. Great experience overall!
Kayla was so sweet and was such a hard worker. She was the only one on the floor and was upfront and honest about the wait in the food and really had a lot of composure in a mad rush for breakfast I will always stop in the club level grill after this amazing experience. Thank you Kayla. You and the bar tender were working so so hard and were so accommodating to all the customers.
The black bean burger was fine but not outstanding. The waffle fries aren’t seasoned but otherwise fine. Jeffrey, my server, was extremely efficient. He obviously knows his job well. The tables could have been cleaner but it’s a “seat yourself” place and I may have shown up before the table had time to be cleaned.
The team here did an amazing job. From the food to the service, everything was outstanding. Derrick and Rebekah were very hospitable and made the wait for the plane very enjoyable. Just the right amount of conversation and anticipated my needs. The chef(I believe her name was joy)in the kitchen took a lot of care in my food and it was noticed. The fries were hot, the sandwich was fresh and made very well. I have been here once a week for a month and it’s very consistent. Will be back anytime I fly out of Richmond.
It was a crazy busy Friday rush and Tabbi was proficient and timely. She handled herself very professionally under such busy times. 100% recommend this place! Thanks for the great service Tabbi!!!
Rebekah was AMAZING! She was very polite and never pushy. Rebekah realized I had a late flight and kept me served well beyond normal busy hours until my flight showed up. A definite strong employee that kept me well served.
Server Kayla was amazing! Sweet, attentive gave a great recommendation on spicy cauliflower bites. Slightly disappointed that draft beer was limited due to CO2 but otherwise great option before a flight. 10 outta 10 recommendation spicy cauliflower bites.
Little turned off by explicit music using N-word and profanity- would rather censored version be played.
We ate here before heading out on an international flight! The food was delicious and filling, and our server (Mallory) was attentive and kind. Would definitely recommend to anyone flying out of RIC!
