I don't know a lot about Jimmy John's but I will tell you that the state of Virginia needs to have a serious road pavement construction on I-95
I haven’t been to a Jimmy John’s in years, probably over 5 years honestly. My experience here was absolutely fantastic. The male employee taking my order was very friendly and quick. The other employee making the sandwich was also fantastic. All employees working here sounded as if they enjoyed being there and had an upbeat positive attitude. The sandwich was perfect, exactly how I ordered it and they even graciously offered me a box to take everything I ordered home. I will be coming back to this location for my next sandwich adventure very soon.

I go there regularly for work lunches. They are super fast, despite being pretty busy during lunch hours; they do a lot of bicycle delivery around vcu. The onsite manager during weekdays is cool; he once comped me a sandwich because my sub took two minutes to make (they were working through a big delivery order). I didn't have a problem with 2 minutes, but I guess he wanted to keep a regular customer happy :-D
We don’t know the guys name, but as soon as we walked through the door we greeted very warmly. He was overall very friendly, his customer service skills made me want to ask him out on a date lol
Great friendly service for delivery 15 minutes before they were set to close at 3am! & I've never took the time to write a review for any place I’ve visited but this was a must! Wasn’t expecting them to be so ready, willing and able
I frequently order from here late at night, and these guys are on top of their game. The food is always here way before I expect it to be, and is always delicious and consistent. By the way, if you haven't tried the Gargantuan, you're missing out!
