I had previously left reviews for Panda Express in Alabama however I moved to Kentucky and this review involved the location in Richmond Kentucky. This restaurant is probably the absolute best Panda Express that I've ever ate at before. The restaurant was very clean the food was very hot and delicious and most importantly the employees that waited on me, Curtis and Kerry, we're also exceptional! If I could give this restaurant more stars I would. 10/10 I would come here again. ❤️
Great service from Arlene and the food was hot and delicious. Honey sesame chicken was the absolute best with very fresh yellow bell pepper!
Panda express has awesome food and great service! The restaurant is always nice and clean too. My favorite is Shanghai steak and the 8 treasure chicken. The orange chicken and Beijing beef are really good too!
First time here,a friend of mines birthday so he and partner and I went as it's his favorite place to eat. I can see why,the food was affordable,it was hot and fresh. The staff was friendly and the place was very clean.
I love Panda Express. It's just that simple. They are great at everything they do. The staff is always friendly, the restaurant is always clean, and the food is always as fresh and delicious as it can be. I have never been disappointed with how the food tasted.
Food taste is very consistent and always good. During the rush around meal times though they are consistently out of at least two items.
The guy in the drive through window at 2:02PM, December 4th was great. Friendly, fast, accurate, and just overall professional.

What is it about Panda Express that makes me start to drool?
I saw their sign from the interstate and had to stop.
There fried rice had just come from the kitchen, and the teriyaki chicken had my mouth watering. The only thing I could have wanted to be different is the teriyaki sauce for on top of the meal, the packets just aren't the same.
It was pretty good, but Mongolian beef had spent a little too much time drying out under the lamps.
