Great pricing at this location. The store is usually pretty well organized and well stocked. Each department usually has a large selection without feeling too cramped. Lines move quickly.

Staff was really nice, they helped me find what I needed and even went to check the stuff they were processing to see if they had what I needed, it just so happened that they did so they labeled it and had it ready for me to buy, also they had some pretty funny stuff like a Comic Sans keyboard and a y2k survival guide😂.
Great staff and good prices, quite a treasure hunt to be had again soon.
I always enjoy my shopping trips at this goodwill. There are really nice people that work here. They always greet my kids :) Best Goodwill in Richmond/Central Va.

Great store, they have a huge selection of household items in the back of the store. A lot of goodwills don't have such a large selection of those items. This store is also really good about putting out a lot of product. They have TONS of shoes to look through which is really nice. They always bring a ton of racks out of the back for people to shop. The staff has always been super friendly as well.
I left my debit card at the store in the card reader after making a purchase. I called the store the next day, they informed me that they secured the card and all i have to do is show a photo ID upon returning to the store to retrieve my card. I was amazed of the customer service that I received from the staff that answered to the cashier that noticed me from the previous night and gave me my card. Very very good staff.....
Love this newish store!! Friendly staff always makes me feel welcome, esp, since they got rid of male manager with the cowboy boots that followed woman around store instead of actually helping cashiers with long lines..REALLY hope they bring back DOLLAR DAY as it really helped be able to shop the overstocked clothes racks and kept fresh stock
