I’ve never had an issue with Westbury. My pharmacy (Walgreens) has been out of stock on one of my medicines. They will be out of stock for the foreseeable future. So I called them and BOOM! they have it. Every time I’ve needed them they’ve been there for me. I absolutely love their gift shop as well as their delicious food.
Very friendly. I come all the way from Hopewell to the westend just to pick up my daughters prescription from Westbury.I love to look around and shop while waiting. They have a lot of different and beautiful things in there shop. My kids love the candy shop they have!!
Only u in the entire Richmond Va area would find a generic med that works for me..only you. I am sure there is not enough profit for any other retailers to do this for me. Thank u for your medical kindness. Sure I would ❤️ to see you guys smiling and more welcoming but u gave me what I needed to eliminate a medical issue. Generics are not the same. Same receipe, different cooks,not the same results. Would ❤️ 😍 💖 to see u smile more!!!
Came in today to pickup medicine and Amber was so kind and patient. It was definitely the best service i have received since i started getting my prescriptions at Westbury.

I just love Westbury Pharmacy. Such a truly unique shop, with hard to find pharmaceuticals. It has an impressive orthopedic shop with helpful associates. The gift shop is a nice place to meander to search for a special gift. They also have a nice cafe to stop by for lunch.
Local personalized care at its best. When we had to move our elderly mother here from Florida on short notice, she ran out of one of her meds before the refill arrived by mail. Insurance wouldn't cover what was needed to fill the gap -- $600 out of pocket. And it was something that nobody stocked so it had to be ordered for same day delivery to the pharmacy. Mike, the pharmacist, called her doctor in Florida to see if a cheaper alternative was okay, but the doctor said no. We had no choice so at my request Mike went ahead and ordered the $600 emergency refill but sounded really uncomfortable about charging us so much. A couple hours later he called to say he and another staffer had talked to the insurance company and got them to cover it under a vacation refill. Cost us only $38 and my mom had her pills that day. We hadn't used this pharmacy before but we definitely will again. He didn't know us yet took wonderful care of us.
Me and my family have been going to Westbury pharmacy for years. we love going there for their breakfast and lunches. Their grill is old-fashioned pharmacy style grill from back in the day. The food is quite good in the quality is good as well. Service is always friendly and food is always serve with a smile . The prices are extremely reasonable. The store itself has many hard-to-find items. Kosher food was one of the things I noticed and I'm not even Jewish. They also have medical supplies and equipment that you can purchase. Their pharmacy counter has prescriptions that you can't find at some of the bigger chains. Overall it's always a good experience to go to Westbury pharmacy. But one of the things people seem to neglect to mention is the candy counter. I love going there for their truffles.
Trying to figure out all the bad reviews. We have filled our prescriptions here for years. I get good service every time, as does my wife. Never been treated rudely or had an order messed up. When my wife was injured in a fall, their department that handles in-home health care went the extra mile and then some to help us get set up for home care.
